I’ve been on hold with this pharmacy for over an hour. & I’ve been inside this place at 5 or so in the afternoon and I’m sure they have a line out the door. This place is consistently under staffed. There is notoriously only one actual pharmacist staffed at any given time. I’m sure there’s a ton of wage theft occurring based on the amount of hours some of these people work and I assume working conditions are poor because no ones attitude makes me overly sure they work a job they like. Two techs are supposed to man the desk, answer phones, do the drive through & tend to the high volume of actual foot traffic they get at that location? Staff your store, Walgreens is one of the larger pharmacy organizations so they tend to be in network for most people and this location deserves better for its staff and customers.

They put a guy outside 15 minutes before their posted closing time to say that they are closed for the night and not let any new people in. Probably should update your hours if you’re going to do that.

I’m just trying to pick up my medicine and the lady tells me to come back in a hour or hour and a half but she didn’t mention they had a lunch break at 1:30 pm. I was in line at 1:25 and they didn’t say anything until 1:33. Very inconsiderate and very inconvenient! You all don’t deserve any stars at all.

This Walgreens says it closes at 10 I got here 15 minutes before it closed really quick they saw me closed the gate with people inside still. I called and they would answer the phone and deliberately hang up everytime! I was waving at them through the glass and they acted as if they did not see me!! I never been so disappointed in them and will be notifying corporate

The pharmacy is terrible. Over 24 hours to fill basic meds. Was told that meds would be ready in 90 minutes. Just drove up at 6:14pm to pick up and they have a paper closed sign. Do not go here.

I understand being busy… I understand being overwhelmed. What I don’t understand is how someone can remain employed when they cannot handle their job and they are ridiculously rude to their customers. I’m sorry I was violently ill and was forced to go to this store since it was relatively close to my house. Had to sit here waiting over an hour for 10 pills .. and that would have been fine if it wasn’t for eye rolling and rude gestures and attitude I received.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst. They are routinely out of medications that I need, take forever to get them with no updates and staff is incredibly rude. I waited on hold today for 53 minutes only to have staff tell me that they can see how long I was on hold and it was only 4 minutes. Cool. After waiting a ridiculously long time, then I'm accused of lying.
I just transferred all of my prescriptions to the Walgreens at Southwest and Kingshighway. I was floored when they told me it would take less than an hour to fill 3 prescriptions. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The Walgreens at Truman and Lafayette cannot get it right and honestly they don't care to.

I renewed my prescription 13 days ago, and my doctor has sent it twice since then. Despite that, I’ve had to call the pharmacy four times, and each time I was left on hold for about 10 minutes before the call was disconnected. Frustrated, I contacted the manager, who responded with hostility, even though I made an effort to remain polite. Unfortunately, it seems like she doesn’t consider this her responsibility. Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and the lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.

I've had trouble with the pharmacy not letting me know my RX is ready and losing my RX and photo orders. They are understaffed so you will wait a long time for any service. I'm moving to Amazon for my RX because it's such a pain. I used CVS for more emergent RX and they were much better.
Do not buy the products in this store; they are grossly upcharged.

The pharmacy service I get from this Walgreens is normally pretty bad. One early Saturday morning service started off bad as normal.
Oddly, you can book the yellow fever vaccination online at a location that cannot give you the shot when you arrive for your scheduled appointment. I was frustrated because I made an appointment at Walgreens on Lafayette and the pharmacy tech was just plain old rude. When I arrived she said they don't give that shot and tried to send me to the Walgreens on Brentwood. When I didn't readily leave the tech Eboni sucked it in and started doing her job. Here is where she WINS, she spent 30 minutes calling different locations to help me find a location that actually gave the shot versus sending me on a goose hunt. Thank you Eboni at store 11711.

Prescription wait times can be several days when you really need to start taking it immediately. Totally unsatisfactory delivery performance. Pharmacy phone wait times are generally an hour. Will be looking for a new pharmacy immediately.

This is the worst walgreens on the planet! They screw up my scripts monthly!! My mail order goes through next month, thank goodness. No wonder this company is closing stores.

This place understaffed. Don’t expect to be open or closed at the opening hours provided.

Consistently the worst drive-thru of any Walgreens I have used. I wish there was another closer by. Wait times at the window can be extremely long.

It’s rare I post negative reviews, but this pharmacy is a complete inefficient waste of time.
