The store is always very dirty, they never clean, the items are disorganized, and they constantly close due to lack of staff in the pharmacy area. The recipes take a long time to be ready and you have to wait in line for about 20-30 minutes.

Everyone who works at every Walgreens in St. Louis needs to be fired.

It is the most disgusting building you can ever do business in. The parking lot is literally full of trash. And they even have a dumpster in the lot! The floors look like they were cleaned pre-Covid and I'm not exaggerating.
I don't know how the city of St Louis hasn't shut them down, it's that bad. And this isn't a one-time thing. Sadly, I've had to come here to pick up prescriptions a few times and it was always the same.

Horrible pharmacy. You shouldn't have to wait 4 days to get a prescription filled.

I've always had a nice experience at Walgreens with my shopping and prescriptions.

The worst store. Floor hasn’t been swept in what looks like months. Trash, cigarette butts on the floor. The shelves are half full and what’s there is thrown all over. Pharmacy was supposed to be open until 9 but closed at 5.

They have no professionalism. Pharmacist told me over phone that they will be open till 9 and when I arrived at 6:10 PM they were closed. Next day after waiting in drive through right at moment when my turn came they closed drive through and said they are short staffed and asked to come inside.
Addendum: I guess I wrote review too early. On the counter, after waiting in a long line, they told me meds not ready despite script was sent a day earlier and we are backed up. It will take an hour or so if I want to wait here or come back later some other time.
I will make sure to avoid Walgreens in the future.

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. My son had surgery at shriners Hospital. We came all the way from Mississippi.
1) The store is the nastiest I’ve ever seen.
2) There’s hardly anything on the shelves, and if there is, it’s all locked up.
3) My son’s prescriptions were called in 24+ hours before I came to pick them up, and they told me they were ready when I called on the phone. When I got there, I asked the tech for the prescriptions. She then tells me they aren’t ready. I asked her how long would it be, to which she then went to ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist didn’t even go to look at the order, all she said was, “I don’t know, just tell them 45 mins.” The tech then came back to tell me the what the pharmacist had told her. Before she got the words out, I said, “I heard her” all she could do after that was look down and say, “yeahhh…”
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STORE AND PHARMACY/PHARMACIST EVER!!!!!

I routinely spend hours on hold trying to figure out my prescription status at this pharmacy. I spent 2.5 hours on hold yesterday and never once spoke with the pharmacy. Again today I have spent over 1.5 hours on hold, and they already hung up on me three times. When you can actually get your prescription, the lines tend to be very long and slow. If you need your medications in a reasonable amount of time, this is not the place to get them.

The Walgreens pharmacy on Lindell Blvd in St.Louis, MO is amazing despite how rude the customers are I went today 1/23/25 around 4:00pm. I had to wait in line for like 15min only because they are short staffed that is not their fault, and customers were yelling at the poor staff but they were moving as quickly as they could. They helped me and were very nice. It’s not their fault the world is full of some inpatient adults. Some of ya’ll need to imagine yourselves in other peoples shoes for once.

Horrible service... you wait on hold for pharmacy for 35 min behind other callers then when you are caller #1 it rings off the hook until it hangs up with message "sorry we are having difficulties... call later." Only thing worse than telephone hell is the worse in-store experience.
