It's open 24 hours and you will never have a problem unless you ask for help. So know what you want and where it's located.They ain't going beyond their pay to help with nothing and I don't blame them.

Awful ? They constantly run out of my medications causing me to start and stop my meds. ALWAYS RUDE and never answer the phones. No one cares. I've been trying for 3 days to transfer to CVS and they are playing games and will not fax everything over. I've never seen anything like this. Please do not use this location. It's a shame. You deserve better than what I have had to go thru here .I am calling the news

If this wasn’t the only 24/7 Walgreens and was the only contracting pharmacy covered by my insurance, I’d go to CVS. There are 6 people working but only 1 person working the register. Literally 0 stars if I could.

This place is horrible! My mom called them this morning and the lady told her Quote: I don't have time to talk to you! She needed questions answered about her prescriptions. This is serious you are playing with people's health. Whoever you are at 9 am this morning watch who mom you talk to like that! You will have a lawsuit on your hands. Plus people don't play about mothers! You Need to be in the back-breaking down boxes. Not working with customers. Get some anger management. Not no one's fault you work at Walgreens but yours! I don't want to come to dirty ragged St Louis and protest this store for the treatment of elders. Evil people work for this company! I keep telling her go to CVS! This ghetto ratchet store. Needs to be closed down.

This place is very conveniently located and is also open 24 hours. One would expect that they are efficient and streamlined, but they are so busy that it takes forever for them to fix anything wrong in their systems. They had my name misspelled in the system and could not charge my insurance. Were Always trying to convince me to use GoodRx with discounted prices instead of fixing their system. Talked to three different people in the store at different points in time who always tried their best but left me hanging promising of a follow up. When you call them for followup they simply disconnect the call and are not helpful. Moved the prescription to another location due to their indifferent approaches.

Called the pharmacy to ask if they had my prescription in stock and the pharm tech wouldn’t tell me? Most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. Uneducated and put me on hold for 20 min until I called a different pharmacy and they gave me an answer in less than 2 min. Do NOT go here. Absolutely terrible. I bet the woman wasn’t even taking other calls.

ok so here's how it went. I left an online order for document printing (2 pages). got the confirmation, it was promised to be ready in 30 mins. I arrived to the pharmacy, I waited for the specialist to come for 10 mins. and then asked about my order : as I expected, no one had printed it yet,ok, it's only two pages anyway, shouldn't take long.but she couldn't find any paper. she asked her colleague, but the colleague couldn't find it either. no sorry, nothing. ok, I'm waiting. it's been 20 mins or smth since I arrived. so they both didn't know where the paper was and asked for help another woman. and - can you believe it - she opened a drawer underneath the printer and here it was! such an unusual place! finally, she had the paper, now you have to print. I had sent two pages in two separate files. so she printed one of them and another one was not my file. what was also weird, she printed on a thick paper, I didn't request that. I took one paper and wait for the second one. it took several mins for the printer to print. at last, I get the second paper, but it turns to be the copy of the first one. so I wait again. and voilà I get the second paper and pay my 50 cents. I give one dollar and receive a bunch of cents back (don't know what to do with them now)the girl didn't even say she's sorry or smth.what an experience!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The service is terrible and the pharmacy is rude. They were on a 3 way call with me and my Dr because they couldn’t find my Rx when I called for status and they told me and my doctor to be quiet every time we asked them a question. Also unwilling to help with anything, and make you feel like simply doing their job is an inconvenience

I just got here for my flu and vaccine shots. Just a note saying they are short staffed and no vaccines today. That's fine but why didn't I get a text or email about this? Wasted my time. Also store is filthy inside and out.

The worst service I ever have. I really needed a medicine for my kid. They asked me to come to get it multiple times during a day. The medicine was never ready. I still don’t have it. Finally with my kid sick, the manager told me to try tomorrow. Rude, unprofessional and unreliable. The worst choice

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been in. We waited over an hour for a scheduled vaccine appointment, watching numerous employees with zero sense of urgency. The store is dirty and the employees aren't serious about their jobs. Save yourself the aggravation. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Dont bother calling the pharmacy. I understand the staff shortage and high volume, but after being on hold for over an hour 3 times to just get hung up on is ridiculous.

The actual PHARMACIST shorted me 30 PILLS!! YES 30!! I work in the medical field so I always check my medication before leaving and counted it. It was suppose to be a 90 count and she gave me 60!! LEARN HOW TO COUNT!!! She also told me that it’s not a big deal. YES IS. This is my life long medication so YES IT IS A BIG DEAL THAT YOUR A PHARMACIST with a LICENSE THAT TRIES TO GET AWAY WITH SHORTENING PEOPLES PILLS!! Think her name was Allie or something. I should sue!!
