Most of the pharmacy techs have talked to me in a rude condescending tone and dirty looks when I’m very politely explaining my situation. It’s hard to get ahold of them on the phone and when I finally did I explained that the automated machine told me the earliest my med would be ready is 3pm (this was over the weekend when I called it in). So I called back Monday morning asking if there’s any way to get the medication earlier because it is very important that it’s taken in the morning and the lady was very short with me and said “we can have it ready at 2”….Oh cool, that extra hour really helps when I told you I cannot take it in the afternoon. So after I hung up the phone I drove up there because usually they will fill it if you walk in and wait. So as soon as I started explaining my situation and asking if I could wait while it gets filled the lady (pretty sure same one I talked to on the phone) was giving me the dirtiest look and said “oh yeah that’s already been filled but you can have a seat” in a very unfriendly manner. Soooo you guys just told me 30 minutes prior over the phone best you can do is 2pm (mind you a Monday morning it wasn’t busy at all I was the only one there and there were multiple staff on duty), but apparently as soon as I hung up the phone with them they went ahead and filled it so that I could come back at 2pm when I would have had to wait until the next day anyway to take the medication???
My advice is just go to a different pharmacy but if you can’t, don’t bother calling. Just go into the store if you have questions or need something filled quickly. You’ll still get attitude for no reason. They don’t care if you are completely out of your meds or if you need to take your meds at a specific time of the day. I’m convinced they just like to mess with customers at this point. Just ridiculous.

consider giving your pharmacists sensitivity training because there’s absolutely no reason why a customer picking up testosterone should be publicly asked if they're pregnant before being able to receive their prescription.

Partner went to get COVID and flu vaccines and pharmacy tech gave an IM halfway down her arm, nowhere near the deltoid. Now she’s swollen, red and in pain at the injection site due to the lack of knowledge of these people. As a healthcare professional, would NOT recommend this place.

Not sure what happened. But the wait time and quality of service quickly became subpar like most other Walgreens. I had high hopes when they first started going to this location.

This is the worse Walgreens pharmacy in the area. There is one caller ahead of me and I'm waiting 40 minutes on hold at this point.

2315 S KINGSHIGHWAY BLVD, SAINT LOUIS, MO 63110 Customer service there is appalling. Very rude clerks who deliberately behave childishly and then act smug or incensed, most likely because they do not like their customer service jobs and take out their frustrations on the customer. I've lodged 4 complaints about them in the last 90 days.

Waited for over an hour on the phone multiple times. It appears they take you off their main line to the side line to hold for longer when you get through the call cue. There is one caller ahead of you- to hold music for 58 minutes and they never picked up.On a recent visit to the drive through they couldn’t make my card swipe (I use it all the time with no problem). They took my card out of view, and came back saying “it’s asking for a pin.” When I showed concern they said “I won’t be taking the card if you don’t give me the pin, or you can come inside.” Having an infant in the car I could not come inside. Super sus and terrible customer service.

Incredibly rude staff. Tried calling to speak with a pharmacist and was left on hold for hours, tried calling the next day and the same thing happened. Expect terrible service from pharmacy.

This pharmacy is complete trash and everyone should be fired. Never go here. Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I've called multiple times, they keep you on hold forever, over 2.5 hours today. Eventually, when you get to the front of the queue, they hang up on you. It should be shut down. Never go here.

The Pharmacist at this location on 10/29/23 at approximately 1:45 pm lacked the language skills and temperament to have an explanatory conversation rather than an argumentative confrontation. Additionally, her staff is remarkably apathetic and rude to the point where there is an obvious willful determination to do the bare minimum to assist patients/customers.

This place should be a tourist attraction for people from countries like Korea, India, Germany, or New Zealand where heathcare is a more developed part of a healthy society.It’s hilarious that Walgreens and CVS are the only places to get a Covid booster, but even if you have an appointment they’re so understaffed you’ll wait at least an extra 30-45 mins before even getting your paperwork.I felt so bad for the one pharmacist and one tech/assistant on duty, who were doing scripts, drive through, cash register, and vaccinations. This review is not for them but for companies who are trusted to be a part of our healthcare system but can’t pay their staff well enough for people to want to work there. We are in trouble if another pandemic comes. Things are worse now in our healthcare system than before Covid, not better. If we lean on companies like Walgreens, things are only gonna get worse

Later that day I went back and talked to the pharmacy supervisor and they said they would send her for more training. Wouldn't tell me her name. The cashier was a bigger girl with dreads and glasses. If she can't pick up money on the counter then maybe she shouldn't work there. So beyond rude. Lazy to show no customer service. I expected to maybe get the hair color I was hoping to get. Ruined my whole day. Just be nice. You don't know what others are going through.
