I call 2-3 days to renewal my prescriptions. I am told when they will be ready. However, that is never the case. I always need to wait 10-15 minutes for my prescriptions to be refilled. I inform them 2-3 days in advance.

I would vote this particular Walgreens the best in the Midwest and the friendliest people. Corporate should really do something special for the employees at this location including the pharmacist's

I have to drive a half hour to go to this pharmacy to be properly gendered and after a horrific experience here my second time picking up here (where the pharmacy manager had to literally apologize on behalf of the employee who was not sorry at all and did not apologize for being rude as hell) I now have a panic attack before picking up my t and that employee still is helping customers. I don’t understand how you can be a queer devoted pharmacy inside of an lgbtq healthcare facility and fumble the ball so hard that trans patients don’t feel safe coming here. Do better.

I had to transfer Rx from another pharmacy & was treated with patience & kindness over the phone. A different Walgreens location wasn't so helpful so I really appreciated the great customer care provided at this location.
