There’s a lady that stands at the register in the front with red hair. She’s pretty tall but very old. She didn’t seem to like Black people didn’t speak to any other Black people that walked in the store, but smiled and greeted the white people very concerning that Walgreens would hire someone like this and put them in the front of the store.

Called the pharmacy multiple times this morning. I’m not sure if the lady working the phone is having a bad day or just hates her job. But I would never recommend going here. Extremely unhelpful and rude.

Do not pick up your prescriptions here. The pharmacy staff is the worst Ive ever dealt with in St.Louis. I made sure to call my doctor’s office immediately to change locations.

I tried to call for my aunts medication and these people never answer. They put you on hold and supposedly count down how many callers ahead of you. Once you get down to 1 caller ahead of you, they let 10 minutes pass and then keep telling you that staff is busy answering other calls for an hour at least. It would be longer probably but I had to hang up.

Cancelled my prescription without calling or emailing. Waited on hold first in line for 25 minutes.

What is ice melt? Be careful you don’t slip and die on their sidewalk, solid ice. It’s been 3 days since it snowed, and over a week since we got ice. And it’s 3-5” thick

I feel so bad for the pharmacy staff here. They’re clearly overworked and understaffed- shame on Walgreens for putting their employees in that position. I moved across the city and hoped to transfer my prescription, but despite calling multiple times and waiting hours on hold, my calls were never answered. I’ll be transferring to a local pharmacy that cares about customer service

Worst pharmacy ever - staff is terrible and they are not as busy as they claim. I always have a problem getting a script filled - switching over to CVS.

9 times out of 10 they won't have the item you're looking for on their shelves, or much of anything else.

Being on hold for hours, not refilling prescriptions, rude workers.
Seriously, I can't even transfer my prescriptions out because the new pharmacy needs to talk to Walgreens, but they don't answer their phones.
They don't refill after using online or automatic refills. Website says to call. They don't answer their phone. Or they lie and say they will refill but don't.
I can't deal with this company any longer, but they even make it impossible to transfer out.

They “lost” my prescription of a controlled substance. I hope someone enjoys my 30-day supply for free.

After having a previous bad experience with this pharmacy, I valled up several times about a different script. My script was sent out 2 wks prior to the monthly refill thru my Drs office because I explained how slow this facility is. Was on hold for over 30 mins waiting for someone to answer. Never answered. Idk what is going on at this facility.

I went in today for some snacks. The lady is ringing me out and says to me are you ready for a new hair cut. I kinda chuckled out of shock. She says she's a hair dresser. I said what's wrong with my hair she said you need more style. I was completely shocked as I get to my car I'm feeling really bothered by what she said. I walked into walgreens not a hair salon. I've been dealing with a lot of family issues and that is not what I needed to hear from a walgreens employee. I will not go back to the hampton walgreens again. Shame on her for commenting on my appearance.

The pharmacy closes hours early and there’s no available pharmacist to be on duty.
If you need medication, you’ll just have to suffer until they can find one.
The facility can’t even guarantee the pharmacy will be operational the next opening day. My goodness.
CVS is looking a lot more appealing.
