I am so pleased with the service provided by Erin in the Pharmacy at Walgreen's on Hampton and Chippewa in St. Louis. Walgreen's was having trouble getting a prescription filled for me. She tried her best to get it for me and could not, but called me back a couple of days later to make sure I was able to get it somewhere else and offered an alternative if I was not able to. It was above and beyond customer service! I'm so glad she works at my Walgreen's!

I've always had really good experiences at this Walgreens. I mainly come here for photo services since I use CvS for prescriptions. Ordering photos online is super easy and user friendly. This review is specifically focusing on my Christmas cards in December. It took me about 3 minutes to upload my picture of choice, send it in, and get the confirmation email. They have a bunch of templates you can use that make it super quick. Plus, majority of the time they have codes you can use for massive discounts. I used my coupon and got 40% off on my order which saved me a good chunk of change. Theyre super apparent on the website so keep your eyes peeled. It was definitely holiday card season! When I went, there were tons of orders ready and it was pretty busy. I got mine (later in the evening from the morning I ordered them) and was in and out. Thanks for making it easy, Walgreens!

Pharmacy is not open at 8am. Opens at 9am. Every time I’ve called this walgreens pharmacy they’ve hung up after over a 10 min hold.

They don't even deserve a star. I have never dealt with such people that couldn't care less about you getting your medication or if you died right in front of them. I love listening to, you are the third caller, and listening to that goofy music trying to relax you while you're on hold on the phone for 22 minutes 34 seconds.I remember one time when I was on hold so long that I decided to go to Walgreens while they had me on hold. I went and walked to the pharmacy section and you know there were no customers there, and no one was on the phone.I don't know how they do that but, that is exactly what happened. I think the next time they run an ad for hiring people they should simply put in their ad, looking for people who we couldn't care less about our customers, and in must be rude at all times. I bet you probably get better employees then the clowns that are there now!

I would recommend going to any other pharmacy. Every time I've come to this pharmacy I've waited for at least 20 minutes, every time it's always one thing or another. I understand that they are probably under staffed, but I still would rather go to any other pharmacy than this one

They never pick up the phone, just hang up on you, they argue with you about Medication's like they're Doctor's. IF you can avoid this place do.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Seriously, the rudest employees I've ever encountered. Photo service was horrible. Do yourself a favor and order from Google or Costco. Any other place. Store was trashed too

The pharmacy at this location is honestly not it. I understand that retail pharmacies in the US right now are going through a lot, but I think in all my visits I’ve only had one person be genuinely kind to me. Today I was trying to explain an issue that keeps happening where they refill one of my medications twice and one of the pharmacists said to the pharmacist who was helping me “Don’t argue with her. It’s not worth it. Just give her what she wants.” She said it in front of me like I wasn’t even there. Also I genuinely wasn’t arguing. I was just trying to let them know so they don’t waste their own time in the future refilling a script that I’m only supposed to have one bottle of. I just stayed quiet after that.

Its terrible, I was told my prescription would be ready at 6, I arrived in the drive thru, waited for maybe 10 min, had 2 cars in front of me, and it is a double drive thru. When I arrived at box, I was informed drive thru is closed and I needed to come in.Then when I get to counter I am informed that one of my prescriptions is ready but I will have to come back tomorrow for the other. So I responded can you transfer the prescription to the location closer to my home. The technician says it will be the same when you get there, you will still have to wait on it. I responded, I understand I need to pick it up tomorrow, but this store isnt close to me, so I would rather go to the location closer to my home, instead of coming back here. So then he says I have the prescription it will be a few minutes while I get it ready. So I asked "if you have the medicine available, how come it wasn't ready when you told me it would be ready?" but now that I think about I realize, I should of asked if you have my medication why would you think it is appropriate to force me to come back here on a different day, when all you had to do was say give me a few minutes while I get your other prescription filled. I truly didn't know if this was bad Walgreens policy or bad customer service, so I just asked for my prescription and to get the other half at the other store. So at the end of my check out, the technician informed me that I would have to just get my medication filled at the other location, and that is when it became clear that I would have to call in a new prescription at the other location. The technician would not transfer over the prescription.

The Pharmacy staff is THE BEST!!They are hard working, multi tasking along with kind and gracious, even though they have to deal with rude, mean customers. They deserve the best praise as a team from the Management of this location.
