Horrible business horrible store horrible people I made an appointment for a vaccine. I get there, and they say I do not have an appointment. Re make my appointments wait another hour get there again and then they don't have the shot for me They just stand there say so sorry while they're rubbing their nipples.

Had flu shot appointment...the long delay is ridiculous. This shouldn't take all day! No one seems to know what they are doing. I will never come here again.

Hours vary by the day it seems. Sometimes they are open til 10 like their storesays, others they close by 8:30. The product stocked is a gamble if its expired or not. Thats if they stock their store. Employees range from actually a pleasure, to incompetent and you can barely find them. Leaning toward the latter, of course. I dont know if management ornownership changed, but things have gone totally downhill. Thats not to mention how almost every time I go in, im walking into someone robbing the store. Avoid if you can.

Employees are the one saving grace of this place, and only then just most of the time. 90% of the time discounted prices advertised never match the register price and the my walgreens point system here seems to not exist or take debating with the staff to work/utilize.

You get the strong sense that nobody cares, and who could blame them? Working retail has always been hell, and now you've got management leaving open positions, saying they're hiring when they're not, and forcing current employees to do more than their share. Many items were out of place. I asked to use the restroom (it's typically locked or behind a keypad at Walgreens), and was told, "It's open." It was open, all right. Wet paper towels on the floor, no toilet paper in sight (this is why you ALWAYS carry Kleenex and napkins), no paper towels. That said, the staff were kind to me, and knowledgeable. There was just a sense of frustration and apathy. Seems to me like management should *actually hire more help.*

Awful staff. On a recent visit, a customer struck up a conversation about politics with the cashier (name tag CINDY, a woman with grey hair) and it quickly turned racist. Comments were made by both of them about current office holders and a political party. I was shocked to hear the employee boldly display such hate and bias in front of customers while on duty.

I switch my medication to the Walgreens pharmacy and at the time they didn’t tell me they don’t carry my medication it would be 4 to 5 days before I stock. If Pharmacy would be honest and up front I would choose a different pharmacy. Never again will I buy from Walgreens!

Came here for my second shot which was SCHEDULED. was sent away because they don’t do the Pfizer anymore. Complete waste of time. Didn’t help reschedule or anything. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere

The Pharmacy at this location is definitely NOT up to Walgreens standards I've been using Walgreens since 2002 for my prescriptions and medical supplies. I moved to the Holly Hills neighborhood about 7 months ago so I had my prescriptions transfered to the 6411 Gravios rd. Store and it's been a nightmare, when you call to speak with them they're rude and want to make excuses for why your medications aren't refilled before you run out, they say we're waiting on Dr. approval, when I see my Dr. He makes sure he writes 11 refills per medication. As he did on June 28th now on September 11th they say I'm out I've called and spoken to my Dr. And his nurse and Walgreens 3 times, just to have the Pharmacist tell me they haven't heard from my Dr. Yet ...there's no need to hear from my Dr. When I have 7 refills left! This location needs to have a staff review from Walgreens Corporate!
