I came to print a standard 11.5 x 8 in plain white paper document and was told “I don’t know how to put the paper in the printer”. Ridiculous and to make things worse this gentlemen (heavy set with dreads African American Tuesday evening march 18th) was combative and rude when I asked questions. Unacceptable service and behavior.

Do not try to use the Restroom at this location and ask for Destiny to help you , the bigger gentlemen is very rude and kicked me out because I used the restroom. Purposely posted on the restroom no public restrooms. The pharmacy is great. And now I have to walk extra 10 miles with a bad knee to hold my urine & get my script I'm a very sweet hearted CHRISTAIN woman. That never like to talk bad about anyone. But I pray for him 🙏!

Apparently as of this review on 2/8/25 the pharmacy is now closed on both Saturdays and Sundays. I can’t find the Saturday closure listed anywhere. The email I got with a prescription reminder yesterday has open hours listed. The google listing that says it was verified by Walgreens a month ago has Saturday hours listed. I pulled into the drive through today (Saturday) and it has a closed sign and the sign with the hours says it’s closed on Saturdays. I only have one pill left for a prescription I can’t skip without dire consequences. I thought it would be fine because I could pick it up on Saturday. But no. I’m going to have to ask to go into work late on Monday so I can wait until they open at 9am to pick it up. I have multiple chronic illnesses so the weekends are my time to catch up on sleep and run errands. Saturdays are usually spent sleeping and I would pick up prescriptions on Sundays, so them being closed on Sundays already made it difficult for me to make it there. I often have to work until 6pm on weekdays, so them decreasing hours and closing at 6 o’clock made it even more difficult. I know there are a lot of factors at play here and I imagine the pharmacy staff are also frustrated about this. They’ve always been as helpful as they have energy and time to be and I truly appreciate their efforts. But this really sucks. I guess I’ll finally have to switch to mail order refills like all the soulless insurance/pharmaceutical companies keep pushing. At least the weather won’t have the medications melting for a couple more months. Maybe they’ll have whatever is going on figured out by then.

I just had the rudest experience with a pharmacist while trying to refill a prescription for my dog. Instead of kindly explaining why my prescription wasn’t valid, he pointed his finger at me and spoke in a condescending manner. It’s no surprise this place has a 2.5-star rating.

Was told insulin syringes are not in stock unless you have a prescription. Only place I’ve found that has this policy and it makes no sense at all.

This had to be the worst Walgreen's I ever entered. Floors dirty. Staff was aware but didn't care to correct the issue in the bathrooms. Bathroom was not even useable do to the feces on the floor and walls.

If you ever want to buy a gift card you better look at the card to make the sure that the code hasn't been removed and the card re-enclosed - because my brother bought a $100 Amazon giftcard ( from this location, 2310 McCausland Ave) in the last nine days) that was to go to my sister for her birthday from the both of us. When she opened the envelope that the gift card was enclosed in, she saw that the section that the code was supposed be written on looked like it had been removed with a scissors or knife. My sister is possibly looking at her last birthday on this earth ( She has brain cancer) and my brother and I arent made of money, but I don't see how we can prove this one was stolen. So it looks like we're out ONE HUNDRED BUCKS! DON'T let this happen to YOU! Hopefully Walgreens corporate will help with this ripoff!

Pharmacy: I filled my prescription the night before, I got a confirmation they’d be ready by 2pm the next day. I arrive to pick up my medicine up (through the drive thru) to then receive a message on the app saying “action required, call pharmacy”. Anyways, This is just a complaint about the one pharmacist who was rude. He did not explain to me nicely on why my prescription wasn’t filled and when I responded to him, he had hung up the phone in mid sentence. He handled the situation very poorly. And I’ve been going here for over a year now.
