Terrible experiences here I'm a night Supervisor that had to stay up once I was off this morning at 7am because the pharmacy doesn't open until 9a . So of course I'm here early but the Pharmacy is still not open at 915am so i called to speak to the manager on duty and of course it's a inexperienced ,Terrible customer service, mad at the world worker telling me she can't help me and hopefully the pharmacist will be here at 930a and that she don't know but there's definitely no way I can get my meds till a pharmacist arrive. I explained that these are my Blood Pressure Meds and I need them . There's no way to transfer the prescription w/out the pharmacist.. she just arrived 939am Thank God

I made an order with this Walgreens for delivery and I never received it I called the store it was no help

Walgreens on Chambers and Hallsferry the Pharmacy sucks ..My Dr sent over script for my pain medicine that morning and the tech told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day after 12..so I had to wait over 24 hours with pinched nerve pain and extra day....very inconsiderate..

Very Rude Manager hung up on me three times…..
I’m a cancer patient and survivor I don’t deserve this treatment from a place that is their for the health of the community…,
Very poor and rude customer service issues. Someone needs to be fired there starting with the management….
From this point on I’m collecting evidence of there very rude and unprofessional behavior until something is done….

It takes forever for the pharmacy to answer the phone and prescriptions take way too long to fill. They really need some help at this pharmacy. This location is close to me, otherwise I would go some where else.

I wish before an order is concluded if majority of items are out of stock, there should be a 'do you want to continue order,' question. I hate sales of buy one and receive 2nd free. On more than 1 occasion I end up with just one because when I placed order on 1 was in stock. Or at least are allowed to substitute a vitamin supplement that u use regularly, otherwise others are benefiting from a sale and you aren't a part of SALE at all.

Treated for earache and sinus issues with antibiotics and Ibuprofen. After 5 days, my ear still ached. Never used ear drops before, but I went to Walgreens. Bought their EarAche drops (in blue box) and within 5 minutes the pain stopped. Just wanted to share this information.
