Getting a prescription field here is like pulling teeth.No matter what Avenue you use, you can use the app, you can call it in.You can have your Doctor resubmitted.They're still going to either not fulfill it or it or leave it out of stock and not tell you a d*** thing.Horrible service.

Today technician Trinity in the pharmacy on Lucas and Hunt and Natural Bridge was beyond unprofessional and deserves reprimanding, if not termination. I came to place a refill and she had the nasty disposition, was yelling, and rude. When I asked if she was okay because of her tone and poor behavior , she got more aggressive and said “are you” then walked away. The fill in pharmacist placed the refill. When asked for the pharmacy manager or store manager I was told both were off.
I have been a CPhT for 14 years and would NEVER speak to a customer like she spoke to me for simply trying to place a refill after calling and being placed on hold for 20 minutes then the phone hanging up. I will definitely be contacting the managers and corporate.
If you can find another pharmacy, I strongly suggest you do so. They do not deserve to service a community in which their employees feel entitled to disrespecting customers because they’re required to do the task they signed up for upon accepting the job offer.

If there was a option for 0 stars I would select it. I'm not sure how the laziness of the staff here has not gotten someone killed!!. They will lie to your face and tell you they are ordering something and taking care of something then when it comes time to pick your prescription up it won't be there and you are just stuck. I new I was going to have to pick a prescription over the weekend having been screwed by them multiple times I called and asked them to order it Thursday they said they did. I called Friday and spoke to the pharmacy they said I could pick it up anytime after 10am on Sunday. Guess what wasn't there Sunday. I have to be at work at 6 am Monday morning and won't get off until late Monday eve so can't pick up until tue morning. When I politely explain to them this shouldn't be happening I'm told to take it up with someone who cares. SERIOUSLY ☹️

Take 48 hrs to fill a prescription that was ready 2 days prior for pick-up... how is that possible? It says it's ready to pick up and then two days later it actually is.. Make it make sense! Their driver is never open! And they never pick up when you call!

The Walgreens on natural Bridge and Lucas hunt, the workers are rude and very disrespectful. I waited and asked a to get my photos, and a worker acknowledged us but did not address us. We waited over 20 minutes.

Pharmacy has serious problems that could truly be impacting citizens’ health. I had a prescription called in on Wednesday morning. Friday afternoon they say it’s out of stock and would be Monday until they got it in. This after going there multiple times Wednesday and Thursday for them to say “it’s not ready yet”. Incompetence is a cancer.

The pharmacy has major issues. 6 times now they have told me that our prescriptions were ready only to show up to find out that they weren’t and they closed before we could ge them. This last time they said our prescription was ready, we showed up they didn’t have it and they said they would have it the next day. We called beforehand, they said they had it and when we showed up to pick it up they said it would be another 4 days before it arrive. Get it together!

I drove to the Walgreens and asked for my scalp oil to be filled. They decided to give me whatever they wanted. The topical lotion they gave me I am allergic to that’s why I’ve never refilled it. I called immediately and the lady said uh oh what did I do. I said you gave me the wrong medicine. She said hold on, all I could hear was a bunch of mean women in the background. She was asking them to take it back or how could they help. Came back to the phone and told me to hold again, but hung up. I drove back to Walgreens a few hours later, because I had other business, and both of the ladies decided to be ignorant and say “It’s not on automatic refill, so you must’ve ordered it.” I proceeded to tell them scalp oil and topical lotion is different. I am barely surviving and my scalp is currently burning! She said they don’t take medication back, which is fine, I’ll trash it. But both are $40, so who is paying for the one I asked for? Since I had to pay for the one y’all gave me!? She said I can talk to the manager Monday. I literally had to wait until I got paid to by this medicine and now you want me to spend more money I don’t have because y’all screwed up? It’s clear they don’t care unless it benefits them. I’m super pissed about how they treated me. I hate to say it, but the man seems to be the only one with decent communication and empathy! North Oaks won’t have to ever worry about me again. I’ve been coming here for my meds for over 20 years. I live in the community and I’ve never had problems with the workers. Clearly they are new. I hate to say it, but it can close down with the rest!

I called on Thursday to have my friends prescription (insulin needles) transferred from Covington Ga to this location. It was told to me it would be ready in couple of hours.i live-in Belleville IL so I waited and it still wasn't ready. Well here it is Sunday. On Saturday at 3:00am he was admitted in to the hospital with blood sugar levels of 50. I havebeen on hold, hung up on and transfer for over an hour. When I did reach someone her concerns was like I don't care.this has been the worst experience ever. My friend would not be in this position if you had people and employees that cared for the company and people they serve. My friend could be dead but because of your employees he still don't have the pins for his insulin and here it is going into Monday. Look at your company as a whole and the employee..

You can't ever get through to this Walgreens pharmacy, prescriptions are NEVER READY. Some of the people that work in the pharmacy have really bad customer service skills, you will be dead before you get your meds!!
