Held my prescription on purpose. Needed a transfer because my insurance didn’t run through Walgreens. Never sent my prescription over. I called back to back and CVS say they were waiting on Walgreens. It takes two days to send a prescription down the street????

I am not one to post negative reviews however this incident at Walgreens cannot lay by the wayside. I went there and dropped off four prescriptions after leaving urgent care. It was a 4:45 PM. They said it would be ready between seven and 730. the prescriptions would be ready Went back at 10 to 8. They weren’t done and I was told that I would have to come in the next day as to speak with the pharmacist I was at the drive-in window and he didn’t have the decency to come to the window. He had a phone call made where you talk through the speaker while he was on the phone where I couldn’t see him I told him it was very urgent to get these prescriptions filled, and his response was so repulsive so arrogant Like this how he keeps his Pharmacy job there as being a pharmacist I have no idea, but this man and his name is Pat was the rudest, most inconsiderate, most asinine pharmacist I’ve ever spoken with. I know this Pharmacy is always understaffed. I understand that the two female pharmacist that worked there are awesome. They do the best they can and the staff is awesome but this pharmacist this Pat again the most arrogant, rude pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with.

935pm I just left that Walgreens. There computers/ registers shut down because of an upgrade? During business hours? So everyone had to put everything back on the shelves and leave because they didn't no when registers would be back up and working so they locked their doors. What?
