935pm I just left that Walgreens. There computers/ registers shut down because of an upgrade? During business hours? So everyone had to put everything back on the shelves and leave because they didn't no when registers would be back up and working so they locked their doors. What?

This pharmacy location needs to be reviewed to change the staff or get more staff. The line waiting for service was RIDICULOUS!!! The line was 10 deep and only 1 person working the register to take drop offs and pickup prescriptions.

I went in to the pharmacy & received no assistance. Even though I was standing under the sign labeled consultation. ALL of the pharmacist looked me in the eye & turned their heads as if I was standing there. After several minutes of waiting, I left. With my question unanswered. If that’s what you call, “GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!” You can keep it!

I am in the drive-thru looking at the pharmacist standing inside I am assuming that the pharmacist on duty is only helping customers that come inside the store but instead of saying something to me or acknowledging me sitting here or letting me know there's a button I need to push I have been totally ignored

This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely unorganized and inconsiderate. I scheduled testing for 4:15. I got here and checked in at 4 only to be sitting here at 4:50. They FORGOT I WAS HERE! Then when he finally called me to the back he said I needed to go outside to the drive-thru for the first test then come back in for the second. After I’ve been sitting for almost an hour. Don’t come here! Go to the CVS across the street.

I received the vaccine and flu shot here and it felt a little less than a bee sting (basically didn't hurt). And it was free, I appreciate it!

This place is TRASH. After reading all the negative reviews, I still took a chance with this pharmacy location to fill my prescription. Bad move. Right out the gate, I get a notification stating they had issues verifying my insurance and no timeframe when it could be resolved. I Called my insurance, no issue with my coverage and no record of the pharmacy calling. I concluded pharmacy was using that excuse as a stalling tactic. Contacted my doctor and asked for the prescription be changed to CVS. Within 20 minutes of CVS receiving my prescription, it was ready for pickup. Thank goodness my issue wasn’t life threatening. This place needs a total overhaul or shutdown the service. They are doing a disservice to the patients and community at large. The 1 star I gave this review was being overly generous.

I hate this pharmacy, they don't answer the phone, they have 3 or 4 Pharmacist that never have the time to make calls to the doctor or insurance company. I will go back to CVS and WALMART.

For YEARS, this Walgreens location has lost prescriptions, not answered phone calls regarding questions about medications, lied right to my face about the time a medication would be ready for pick up, and have actively created a hostile environment within the store itself. Never in my life have I, or my family, received such poor care when it comes to picking up our life saving medications. The staff are short tempered, over worked, under paid and IT SHOWS. The staff blame the automated notification system for issues related to errors received about medications being ready for pick up, when in fact, the medication hasn't even begun to be filled. In order to get a medication filled, you have to go to the pharmacy counter, stand there and WAIT until they are finished. You have to physically watch them do their job in order to get your medication in a "timely manner". What's worse, management knows this is going on and continues to fail our community day after day, medication after medication.The staff in the pharmacy are unprofessional and have been heard loudly discussing individuals prescriptions, for example: 'why does this person need so many of this medication?'; 'jesus wow, how can anyone need this dosage of this medication, like how are they alive?'--are a few quotes from a recent stop at this location. Additionally, pharmacy staff have been heard disclosing personal health information with patients waiting less than 4 feet from the counter (information including: SSN, age, ethnicity, SES, and yelling patient name with prescribed medication. For example: 'Sarah your Xanax prescription is ready').I and other customers have recorded these interactions due to disbelief and shock at the violation of HIPPA. This location is deplorable and a risk to our community safety. The lack of basic professionalism is harmful and shaming to patients who have to use this store, as we don't have the means to go to another store or location. We as patrons deserve better.

Worked here for 7 month and the managers were racists talked bad to and showed favoritism worst place to work don't recommend to anyone they are nice and sweet at first bu after a while they treat u like trash .0 stars if possible .

The pharmacist was rude Unreliable very unprofessional The young lady today on the 29th had no proper training And had a attitude And didn't know what was going on I'm never going to that location again And I'm sure other people agree Because they've been doing this for years They need people to be professional not uneducated On what they're doing And I'm changing my prescription to to CVS
