What happened to Walgreens? They are a joke! My daily medication got rerouted to 4 different locations. I had no idea where to pick them up from, and they didn't refill them on time. The staff is absolutely no help!!!! I understand its hard to find help these days, but come on. This is medication that the consumer HAS to have!!!

Worst Walgreens ever! Always understaffed. They always say prescriptions are ready when they're not. Then they close and make you wait. Playing with people's lives. Not cool at all.

I'm so disappointed in the customer service here at the Jennings Station,Mo location. Its hard to contact the pharmacy department. I'm always on hold 10 to20 minutes to check on my prescriptions. And seldom do they answer the phone call. I've been patronizing this store for over 40 years. Where's the professionalism!!!

Walgreens is always doing their best no matter what their situation is, and when I get asked what I need they are friendly (when you walk in a employee always greets you with a hello, how are you doing, then when you leave the employee aks if you found everything that you needed then will tell you to have a great evening then will say goodbye.)

Last week, I stepped into this store expecting a routine shopping trip, but what I got instead was a complete and utter nightmare. The manager’s behavior was so appalling, so downright unprofessional, that I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and utterly shocked. If I could rate this place zero stars, it still wouldn’t be low enough to reflect how awful my experience was!

The pharmacy staff and store manager on date 2.5.25 are literally evil. I'm trying to refill my anxiety medicine two days early which is their protocol. It is two days early and saying it's three. I literally counted with my finger on the calendar and told the lady I just counted its two days early. She insisted it was three. I asked fir the store manager. She said the same thing. She said tomorrow. So l, called today, the 6th and it was the same people. This time they said we can't refill it until tomorrow which would be zero days early. I said why are tou doing this. She said why are you running out early. I said it's none of your business. She said yes it is. I told her thst I was going through testicular cancer and I'm having constant panic attacks. She said sorry, tomorrow... I then lost it ad cussed her out. Attention store manager: review my script and you will see it was 2 days earlywhen I called. Regardless, they wouldn't fill it until the full 30 days had passed which is against their rules. Whoever these women are are horrible people. They know exactly what they are doing and get some kind of sick turn on having control over people's medicine. Shame in you!

Waited over an hour to pick up prescriptions called in last week. Register operator was texting on her personal cell phone while ringing me out. Go anywhere but here.

The Walgreens on Brown Road and Sr.Charles Rock Road is the best one in this large area. The crew is extremely helpful and they remember you, especially if you're there a lot.

The store is fine, customer service around the store is ok.
But the pharmacy really needs some help, and some training too! Every time I order a refill for any of my or my daughter’s meds they always come back with “you need a pre authorization”, FOR A REFILL, when in reality all they need to do is chance the qty to the max allowed by Medicaid, and THEY SHOULD KNOW THIS! Every single time, and I’m talking multiple times a week. And forget calling and trying to get someone on the phone, if you’re lucky they’ll answer within an hour, or like today the Pharmacy supervisor or manager, whatever he is, answered and said “let me switch to another phone”, apparently he got lost on the way and never came back, someone else answered later.

This location lacks what the other walgreens locations have. The attitude at this location is strong. The pharmacy is generally not on top of their orders, making people wait an extra week for medications and therefore be without medication. The photo department is incapable of assisting elderly on the machines and I find myself helping just to be kind. Don't ever order documents to be printed because they will never find them. After speaking to corporate a few times, this location is just a lost cause. I'd find anywhere else to do business. If it has to be walgreens pick any other walgreens and that'll be great.

This is an awful Walgreens, particularly the pharmacy. I have recently visited to get a medicated toothpaste. The lead pharmacists worked with me to find my prescription and quoted me a good price (of $21). He said it would be a day or so to fill it. He accidentally kept my ID, but did call me 30 minutes later and apologized. I returned to pick up my ID. (2nd visit). First time returning, 3rd visit. No "hello", no "may I help you?", no aknowledgment of my presence while I stood at the counter while they wisked about doing what they do. Finally I was looked at then asked sharply "pick up?". I gave them my name. They looked things up and then tried to give me the wrong script (wrong paste). No apologies, just a curt "you'll have to come back tomorrow". I returned the same time the next day. My scipt had not come in. Still a cold, matter-of-fact, curt "it's not here yet". I then responded "you guys call me me when it comes in, then"...this of course was now my 4th trip to Walgreens, still no script in my hands. 4 days later, after receiving an email saying the script arrived, I went back for my 5th trip, there was a different pharamcist, and tried to tell me the script was now $44 (my insurence doesn't pick this up). Again, a cold, unfriendly, banter. After I tried to tell her I was quoted $21 by the other pharmacist, she curtly said "You can come back tomorrow and talk to him if you'd like". Seriously? 5 trips? No attempt to find a better price with good RX? No discount for being a Walgreens rewards member? No help to try to find the price the other pharmacists quoted me? After I said this she responded with "That's all we can do". I went to seek out the store manager, he did nothing but listen to me, and when I looked at him for some kind of response, he stared at me blankly. I said "how would you like it if you had to come back 5 times and still not receive your script?" He said simply "I wouldn't like it". I felt like everyone just didn't care. Like they all would rather they had no customers to deal with. Completely exasperated, I drove a couple miles to the Overland Walgreens on Lackland Road. What a breath of fresh air. I warm "hello" by the cashier when I walked in the store. I got my script in a few minutes, for $18, with a very pleasant "hello, may I help you?", and "yes we have it, for much cheaper than $44." by the pharmacist...much better. I will go to that Walgreens instead. The one on Brown and St. Charles Rock Road needs a definite employee/management/attitude overhaul.

This place used to be top notch, now you can't even call and get through to the pharmacy even at 9am!!! Walgreens is trying to save money by not hiring enough people or not paying the employees that is there!!!! Horrible service....
