I was informed that they would start putting halloween things up, and they did. On the very top shelf no one could reach. They had a little section of halloween things and they were all just the same i was disappointed. I also went to the toy section to get something for my kid, i found the toy ball she wanted but it had a HOLE and it was deflated, they had more but they were all the same with holes i was very disappointed with my experience.

TAYLA / Or Kayla, was extremely unprofessional and hung up on the phone when I tried to get the correct spelling of name because she can’t annunciate it properly. As soon as I asked to talked to the pharmacist my problem was magically resolved and all of a sudden they do have my prescription.

1 star is too many. Christina the store manager went on a rant about how curbside is meant for elder & disabled people. I am a literal partial amputee.. Aside the discrimination on disabled people- she then went on a rant about how coupons are not supposed to be used on curbside orders?? Which is obviously refused to process a return. Walgreens shows you all the coupons you can add to your pick up order right on the app?? Anyways my pick up order was missing 3 items. I figured I’d return it all and do it somewhere else. When I asked christina for a receipt on the return she scribbled “return” on my original receipt and insisted that was enough?? After I explained that was uncomfortable with only having “return” scribbled on my receipt she said well that’s what we do then RIPPED the bag out of my hands and told me it’s not my property anymore and i’m stealing ???? But again, I had no proof it was theirs or that they even processed a return other than “return” scribbled on a receipt.Christina is literally discriminating against people with disabilities and then assaulting them when she gets angry. i’m literally shocked how evil she was. go to any other walgreens !!!

What is the point of walgreens "being on every corner" slogan if you guys don't keep to your hours of operation? I went at 9:22 pm, your hours are posted on door and on website you close st 10 pm. My kids are sick and needed cold meds. We got to the door and a man said through a locked door theyare closed. Confused to why they were closed with 5 other cars in the parking lot...I double checked the hours of operation. Then I called the store. A woman answered stating they were closed since she was the only person there. Clearly their were others in the store. I told her my kids were sick and needed meds and she said she couldn't help me. I asked if I could pay and pull up to the window and she said no. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and could not help me. I'm definitely taking my business else were! There have beenso many times now that hours at this walgreens pharmacy area has not been open during business hous, now their store part is doing the same thing.

Pharmacy is inconsistent. There's a tech there that has poor customer service and is scared to handle none typical situations, literally passes it off to the pharmacist. If you can't handle all customer situations you shouldn't be working front line customer service.

The store manager Chrissy Ingles is incredibly unprofessional with no knowledge of her own store! She charged me twice and I have both charges on both bank statements that are completed (not pending) and she refuses to fix the issue. Not she who put her in charge of an entire Walgreens, but they seriously need to find a new Store Manager!

My wife wanted to get a special custom printed book for Valentine’s Day from here and I tell you, if a rep named Chrissy is working the photo department, don’t waste your time. This lady gave my wife such a hard time. We own professional Photos that were taken to be used in this book, no water marks, fully owned pictures. This lady had the audacity to say these photos were too good that they needed a release form from the photographer that we already own the photos from saying it was ok to print photos that we own. My wife had to leave and come back when we got the release. She got the release and they were trying to tell my wife she would need to leave again to have the release printed to give to them. We said no we will send them via email which they accepted. Then had the audacity to think my wife would steal the book, moved it way behind the counter and kept questioning if we sent the email because it didn’t come in quick enough. Horrible experience.

This location refuses to pick up the phone. Becomes incredibly irritating and unsafe when trying to pick up a prescription you’re dependent on.Update: finally hit my last straw with this pharmacy. Had my prescription sent to CVS from the doc and it was filled two hours later. If you’re dependent on a prescription do not fill here.

Pharmacy will not answer the phone. I was on the phone forever worked down to no calls ahead of me then they disconnected the line. Really unprofessional.

The store itself is ok with an adequate wait time. Pharmacy is a whole another issue. Every time i call, there is just no end to wait time. For the most part I give up after 30 mins or their system hangs up on me around same time. They don't notify If they are pausing feeling meds for my kids because they are not sure about insurance covering it. But they won't pick up the phone for us to OK the medicine and price. My kids health is more important then this stores poor phone policy. When I come there, the phone is always ringing and no one is ever answering.

Walgreens commercials is not good for any community promoting cuss words. Please review them and pull them off air. Your advertising department all needs to be fired. This is not what you stand for, I hope.

Walked in 11/5 to get my covid booster shot. I did not make an appointment because their sign literally says "Walk in Covid Vaccines". I went back to the pharmacy, stood there while I watched one other person get helped, and get a vaccination in under 2 mins, no problem. Meanwhile I stand there while I watch two other workers ignore me, before the same guy comes out and ask what I need. I said I needed the covid booster shot. There was no one else in line behind me, no one in the drive thru line and 3 workers. The guy mentioned they had the vaccines but refused me service because I didn't have an appointment. They also had multiple appointments open the whole next week out so I know they had plenty of vaccines available. The guy apparently didn't want to work or be bothered. I've had problems at this pharmacy before and completely quit filling my scripts here. Avoid this pharmacy as they don't care or want to help you. I went to Walmart and walked in and got the vaccine instead, same day. Also change your sign if you won't help walk in customers.
