There were some issues with my insurance and my prescription causing a delay. The pharmacist, Sherita (I hope I spelled it correctly) was able to help me get the prescription filled. She was so quick and knowledgeable about the process. Regina checked me out and she asked Sherita to take a look at the prescription and my discount card. Regina, Sherita, and Ashley (I think that was her name) worked as a team and got us all through the line in a timely manner even with the hiccups from the insurance companies. Thank you so much everyone!!!

Consistently takes 12-24 hrs to fill a prescription. Pick up some times takes up to 30 mins. Need to make additions.

Come here all the time Been saying I was going to buy these kaleidoscope hair drops that were on sale. Finally go to buy them and the price was wrong on item. Mgr on duty didn’t honor price .

Chill out, Katy. It's never as big of a deal as YOU make it. Waiting in line at this Walgreens is uncomfortable. Professionalism is already absent here - don't make it worse. Just friggin chill.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy is AWFUL. They never have prescriptions ready on time, never communicate with customers, and they make it clear that they DON'T CARE. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen and deserve to go out of business.

The manager was incredibly rude. I asked her if she or one of the employees could help me and jump my dead truck. (There was no one else there). She gave me a disgusting look and told me that she has a Mercedes and will not jump my truck. She then told me she doesn't have time for me and dismissed me. Lost a little faith in humanity today.

I recently had a difficult situation with my prescription medicine because I am traveling abroad for an extended period of time. The pharmacists at this Walgreens were so incredibly kind and willing to help me despite the difficulty, whether that be answering my multiple calls or helping me in-person. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

I don’t generally have a great experience at this location, but Donte is the man. When I pulled up to pick up my prescription he told me it wasn’t showing up as being renewed. When I told him I did indeed renew it 5 days ago, he went and filled it right away. I waited like 8 minutes. Customer service of the year award to Donte!!!

It feels safe to shop at the Walgreens on Delmar, both day and night. They have good product selection, and the shelves are generally well-stocked. It’s also cleaner than other nearby Walgreens stores. After dark, police are frequently in the store and/or the parking lot. The pharmacy is closed at night, so I am unable to review pharmacy staff or cleanliness. I prefer this store, and its friendlier staff, to others in the area.
