I stopped by there to get a prescription for antibiotics for my mother. Since it was a half hour before closing, they told me they could not get it done today. Went over to CVS and had it within 15 minutes no longer going to ever use Walgreens.

This is the worst Walgreens ever. There were tornado sirens 30 minutes ago and the store is closed and I cannot get my prescriptions with a sign they are closed because of tornado sirens. Dumb. Like how are people getting their prescriptions. I will NEVER use this location again.

This is the only place I shop! My husband gets groceries and staples. I come here for everything: prescriptions, photos, seasonal stuff, candy, makeup, gifts, etc. The store is clean and the staff is competent and kind.

I caved and did a supposed hour delivery order for a Covid test so that I didn’t have to enter the store and waited hours and nothing. When you call customer service it says it’s delivered by 5pm and I’m sitting here with nothing. Placed the order hours ago like I mentioned. This store has been a dumpster fire for a while and it’s only getting worse.

I’m hesitant to ever give 1 star and saw a few others but I’m furious. When you call the pharmacy, the tech will ask your DOB without a hello. Very cold very fast very rude, didn’t get my script filled. Never again going here. Didn’t even get a sentence and they clearly don’t care.

I would give zero points as a review if I could. This Pharmacy is the worst. Walgreens stores in general has gone way downhill with their pharmacy service but this particular store is REALLY bad. Don’t send your prescription here.

The photo department at this store called me at 7:45 am asking if I still wanted a photo order from 5 months ago. I let the employee know I didn't feel it was appropriate to call customers that early but she did not apologize and her response was quit flippant. This is not the first problem I've had with this Walgreens location.

Quite hard to believe the reviews for this store is 2 stars outta 5. The old reviews make it look better than it is. All reviews the past year are only 1 star. I waited over 20 minutes because the tech was unaware that insulin is kept in the refrigerator.

I went there to get a passport photo. No one there in photos. Saw a guy on phone in another department. He got off phone and just walked away quickly without ever asking me what I wanted. I am glad they fired the CEO last week. I will not be back, hopefully CVSwill be better.
