I normally like this pharmacy. They're open late and I typically have not had issues in the past. Recently I had a medication not showing up in my app so I called to ask about it. They were able to find the script and told me it should be ready in about 30 minutes. Because it didn't show up in my app I didn't have a way to verify (other than calling and waiting on hold again).
I go up there after an hour and they don't see it. I wait for another pharmacist to see why, it turns out the script they had couldn't be filled until July because of an error when my doctor's office sent both scripts in. Not their fault, I understand that. I don't like that my time was wasted coming up there when I verified on the phone that they had it and there no issues. Someone could have called me back after trying to fill it but they couldn't.

I just came from the store just now. I don’t know who that manager is. She’s kind of short with dark hair, but she seems rude. I didn’t have interaction with her, but got to the store 10 minutes earlier than opening cause I just dropped off my boyfriend to work in the morning before heading out of town. I like their nice water so I was willing to wait to they opened. As I was waiting in my car, I noticed the manager just coming to the door to just staring my car down. Didn’t take it serious And just waited till 6:05. I went up to the door and it didn’t open, I waited a little bit to see if she noticed me and she didn’t come to the door. Didn’t think anything of it just went back to my car to wait till she was ready because sometimes stores don’t open on time. Another guy came and he walked towards the door and that’s when she opened it.. I guess he worked there. Another guy came and he was wondering what’s up and she told him the issue no problem and said sorry sir and that’s how I found out they arent open cause their cashiers are down. I’m calling her odd cause she knew I was there… let me walk up and didn’t think to inform me of that. I’m new to town so maybe she just scary but I don’t think a petite girl, in a teal dress and flip flops gonna do anything to you. She need to work on her customer service.

Their pharmacy sucks, taking 3 or more days to fill a Prescription. And a lot of times I only get partial scrips, their overall service has completely downhill!!

I used to go here everyday, they had quality water, and stuff I needed, now their out of everything all of the time, stuff is out of stock, the good water, gone. How long is Walgreens gonna take their eye off the ball. No wonder their business is failing. Then I walk across the street to CVS and their good water is always in stock. Shame on Walgreens for focusing more on profits than the people they serve.

Some of the rudest people I've ever seen working in the service industry. The cashier woman tonight clearly treated me a certain way for the color of my skin, and the "security guard" was cursing with the N word and other expletives constantly and making people uncomfortable. I'll just go to the walgreens further away from now on. Not worth going through this experience again.

The male pharmacy tech who was working on Wednesday, 6/12/24, around 5:30pm was the rudest, most distasteful person I think I’ve ever encountered. I witnessed him interact with 2 customers before me with zero respect & dignity. One of those customers was a foreign gentleman who spoke broken English & was trying to pick up a prescription. This technician, very obviously hates his job & dealing with the public. He was impatient & downright mean to the customers, including myself. The fact that Walgreens tolerates this type of behavior is beyond incomprehensible. There was a pharmacist working at the time who was within earshot & he did nothing. I used to get good service here by nice employees, but this has drastically changed in the past 6 months or so. This location has become horrid.

BE AWARE! foreigners/ latinos are not allowed to buy alcohol/ beer in this case unless you are a US citizen. International valid passports are not a valid id for them! Mary the cashier contacted a “supervisor“ and said that is Walgreens policy.

Love their clearance section! Almost never miss a great deal here! Monday is THE day to go for the surprise you didn't know you needed. Buyer beware by the time you add up everything and then subtract it from everything else chances are you're breaking even with Walmart prices and it's sooo convenient. All in all Walgreens is one of my favorite stops for a GREAT deal.
