The fact that i’ve had to call them 3 days in a row to get my medication transferred over from my previous pharmacy…. They told me i needed to arrange that with my pharmacy (which i did, they faxed the information over TWICE.) which it is not my part to do so legally Walgreens is suppose to contact my previous pharmacy to get that over directly…. I am shocked at the un-professionalism i’ve received BEING a pharmacy AID myself….. Wow. ?

Walgreens pharmacy does not open on time. Here it is 9:15 and still no pharmacist. They are usually is a pissy mood when they do show up.

My dr faxed a rx for an antibiotic on Thursday, they were out of it. Come back after 4 on Friday. Still didn't have it. I asked that they find another Walgreens that had it and was told they would call me to let me know where to go to get the rx. Nope, I got a canned message that said a shipment would be in within the next day or two. An antibiotic!!!!!! grrr.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever ever dealt with… hands down. Every single time I come here everyone seems so confused and unorganized they neverrrrr know what they’re talking about medicine wise. The manager Paul in pharmacy.. I genuinely wonder how this clueless man was placed as a pharmaceutical manager. It was quiet but everyone seemed depressed there. The candy was on sale two for $2.00 or half price. It should stay that way because it's a $1.25 at most in the dollar stores. I never did see any pharmacist orTech in sight, so there will be no medicine today everyone. None of the employees were asking how they could help me find what I was shopping for. The photo counter employee just did the bare necessity, just enough to fing me up and cash me out, but didn't sound interested in work or customer service at all. At least they have open restroom there. It's in a nice convenient location for South St. Louis and Oakville/Lemay/South County customers. If I was manager I'd stress the importance of making the customers happy. After all, the customer, is the MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN ANY BUSINESS. They still card customers who are buying tobacco products here, even if they're 90 years old! What happened to the Good ol' days if the neighborhood pharmacy that had soda pop, ice cream, and Coke plus service with a smile?!

Nancy P. in pharmacy was very rude and very unprofessional! Went through the drive thru and she huffed and puffed and even slammed the phone down in the middle of my sentence. She slso rolled her eyes while I was being very professional and kind to her! I love the rest of the store's staff

Customer service was poor from the cashier in the middle register. Seemed thrown off when I gave her cash as opposed to debit/credit. Her energy wasn’t inviting from none of the cashiers in totality.

I was recently exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID 19. So I decided it would be best to get myself tested. On 1/2/21 at 10:30am I had a PCR nasal swab test performed at this Walgreens. It is now 10:30am on 1/5/21 and the lab (AEGIS) is still saying they have not yet received my sample for testing from Walgreens. I've been checking up every 6 hours for the past four days. At this juncture, four days later, WHAT IS THE POINT in attaining the results from this test? Luckily I feel fine, but what if I were really sick? I could already have been hospitalized at this point. This deep into a pandemic that's responsible for killing 355,000 people (and counting), Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves for providing such a useless test. I'm done with them. Note that my wife had the same PCR swab test performed on the same day (1/2/21 at 11:00am) at her workplace (Washington University). She was provided her results on 1/3/21 (9:15am), less than 24 hours after the test. DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS FOR COVID TESTING.
