Ordered 3 prescription refills on Friday from my computer, got an email confirmation I placed the order. I called this evening the pharmacist said she had NOTHING in the system for me there was NOTHING more she could say, these people are going to kill somebody!!

The bathroom always smells very strongly like pee. Every single time. It never smells or looks clean. Very obvious nothing has been wiped down or disinfected even once.

Mrs. Carolyn at the Telegraph Walgreens location provided exceptional customer service. Her polite manners and helpful assistance made me feel valued as a customer/human. She went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed and checked me out with professionalism! I told her how she reminded me of my mom while helping me look for Baking soda to clean old school style.
Mrs. Carolyn's outstanding service made my experience truly memorable.

Ms.Carol Has GREAT Customer service. Greeted everyone that walked in while still very attentive to the customers she was checking out. Holding conversations with a smile. She was just a breath of fresh air. I'd return to this location just for her. Sweet soul
