Friendly pharmacy staff, however they have had misplaced and mislabeled products then passing it off as a store reset when no one is present in the aisle, many products are shelved neatly and with misleading labels. It varies store to store and shouldn't reflect on other establishments, just this particular manager's practices.

‼️REVISED: I had just had a very good experience on the phone at this location when my daughter who presents as black told me she doesn’t ever want to pick up my meds at this location because she is treated negatively every time she comes through the drive thru. Specifically when they see her they treat her negatively as compared to how they treat me (white) when I have been in the drivers seat in drive thru. The manager Maggie, had the audacity to say they do not have racist people working in the drive thru so what my daughter went through is not racist behavior. That is gas lighting. *We have moved our prescriptions elsewhere to prevent further harmful behavior.
❌I’ve been coming here for a bit. I like that they are open till 9:00pm so if I need an RX from Urgent Care, I can still get it the same night. Today I spoke with Hannah in the pharmacy. She was very nice, professional and personable. She offered to help me with a special request, due to my handicap issue, even though they are swamped with vaccine season patients. It’s so nice to find a kindred spirit in the various businesses I deal with on a regular basis. For me, that’s Hannah! Big thank you to Hannah!!

Very rude when I was surprised they couldn’t afford me a 8 in piece of tape to tape closed the box of my old phone, instead had to wait in line for 10 min and then wait in line as the managaer passive aggressively disappeared who was running the fed ex spot, had to wait for a few min there, finally another employee comes over and makes a big deal wanting proof that I have a receipt and bought the tape, your precious tape, you don’t have ten cents of tape, or you want to make 5 bucks and have no shame, everyone decide for themselves. Some people cannot think for themselves or feel at all human about an impersonal stupid policy, this is symbolic of the era. This Walgreens and all Walgreens, I will avoid from this experience, patroning

It’s a Walgreens. It’s not any more or less Walgreens than any other Walgreens. This Walgreens can Walgreen about as well as any other. It’s a big beige box where you get some junk food and a greeting card after staring into the abyss that is the United States healthcare system.

The workers here are very rude. I came into the store to pick up my prescription. The girl at the register would ignore my questions and did not look at me once. When she handed me my bag her body was completely turned away from me. She did not respond when I SAID “have a nice day.” I understand that everyone has bad days, but treating customers this way is not ok. Please be nicer to customers. I haven’t been having problems with rude workers until a couple of months ago.

I’ve never had a problem with this store and its workers, or even the pharmacy. HOWEVER, I do have a problem with one of the “managers” there. She’s always there during the day, and she is incredibly snobby. I asked one of the workers up front for her name, and I’ve since learned her name is Jess. Every time I need help, she’s always around and she’s always useless. She looks at me as if I were stupid to even be asking a question, and then proceeds to roll her eyes at me. I’ve also seen the way she speaks to her employees. SUCH DISRESPECT! God bless the souls who have to deal with her on a daily basis. This “Jess” person needs to be handled immediately! Whoever the store manager is needs to pull his or her act together and teach her some manners because obviously she never learned any as a child. God knows how she managed to get promoted when she should have probably been FIRED. This store used to be much more pleasant when she wasn’t around. I’m only giving one star for the other workers there. If I could just rate her, I would give her a ZERO.

The pharmacists that work there have to be some of the most rude people I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the frustration and just go to Schnucks CVS just a bit down the road. Truly the worst service I have ever gotten.
