The workers here are very rude. I came into the store to pick up my prescription. The girl at the register would ignore my questions and did not look at me once. When she handed me my bag her body was completely turned away from me. She did not respond when I SAID “have a nice day.” I understand that everyone has bad days, but treating customers this way is not ok. Please be nicer to customers. I haven’t been having problems with rude workers until a couple of months ago.

I’ve never had a problem with this store and its workers, or even the pharmacy. HOWEVER, I do have a problem with one of the “managers” there. She’s always there during the day, and she is incredibly snobby. I asked one of the workers up front for her name, and I’ve since learned her name is Jess. Every time I need help, she’s always around and she’s always useless. She looks at me as if I were stupid to even be asking a question, and then proceeds to roll her eyes at me. I’ve also seen the way she speaks to her employees. SUCH DISRESPECT! God bless the souls who have to deal with her on a daily basis. This “Jess” person needs to be handled immediately! Whoever the store manager is needs to pull his or her act together and teach her some manners because obviously she never learned any as a child. God knows how she managed to get promoted when she should have probably been FIRED. This store used to be much more pleasant when she wasn’t around. I’m only giving one star for the other workers there. If I could just rate her, I would give her a ZERO.

It's always a gamble as to whether or not my prescription is filled correctly.

The pharmacists that work there have to be some of the most rude people I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the frustration and just go to Schnucks CVS just a bit down the road. Truly the worst service I have ever gotten.

As a stockholder and former employee in pharmacies around the metro I have to tell you, this one is trash. I am super sick and have been to the urgent care thrice to get care, twice to get the right Rx, and told it would be over an hour wait in a zpak and cough syrup. It's literally 4 oz and a label, the z pak is literally scan the label and slap the sticker on it. I was told it would originally take 15 so I went to the custard place next door and came back only to be told it's now an hour. These people have zero respect or patient care. I'm driving around with a fever and pneumonia waiting on an Rx that should take 5, tops. It's not slammed, there was no one in the drive thru lane but me. I literally don't know how this place is in business, but it makes me want to cry. I cared so much for patients and to see how I've been treated even coming in with kindness, just sent me. Please remember, business is your livelihood, it keeps you in a job. Many of us are truly sick, even if we may look okay, your role is important, act like it and serve, it will come back to you tenfold. I'm going to go cry now and hope my custard can take this pain away until I can actually head back out again to go get my cough meds. You guys can do better, retail is hard but hire some people who can be kind and figure it out, there are good people out there. Please get it together, you deserve it, and your patients deserve it, too!

The pharmacists are always helpful and knowledgeable. They catch mistakes, drug interactions with each other.

It is completely unacceptable that they would run my prescription without any authorization and then brush off my concerns with such indifference. My attempt to ensure that my scripts were transferred to Mercy pharmacy was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses, leaving me to navigate the situation on my own. And when I reached out to Walgreens to inquire about the unauthorized run of my script, I was met with more evasiveness and unprofessionalism. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also potentially dangerous as it can lead to medication errors and even harm to people's health. Walgreens pharmacy's lack of accountability and poor customer service is a clear indication that they do not value this communities business or well-being.I strongly advise anyone seeking pharmacy services to steer clear of Walgreens pharmacy. Their disregard for proper procedures and customer service is a red flag that should not be ignored. There are plenty of other pharmacies out there that will provide you with the level of care and attention you deserve.

Terrible customer service. They have one cashier in the front. (Sloth) Meanwhile, four other associates continue to stock the shelves and giggle. Went inside due to the long line in the drive-thru. Picked up a few extra items, then went to the pharmacy for pick up. Was told,"you can purchase your prescription here but the other items would need to be brought to (Sloth) up front." Please, someone from Walgreens (powers at be) make the much needed changes at this location. Everyone at this store could use a class in customer service. Good riddance!

I’ve frequented this Walgreens for many years. I have no problems with the staff / cashiers. I do however have a problem with a particular pharmacist. I walked up to the front to check in to get a covid test. The pharmacist at the front kindly pointed me to the second window to check in. I stood at the window for a few min, and then decided to SIT DOWN IN FRONT OF THE CHECK IN WINDOW. Didn’t make eye contact with any of the pharmacists back there, as they were busy (understandably so.) I didn’t catch the man’s name, but the pharmacist after 15 minutes passed my appointment time (mind you, there were no other patients in line.) the male pharmacist made eye contact with me. He said in a snarky tone, “can I help you?” I said, “I have an appointment for a covid test.” And he scoffed and said something like, “Well, you need to check in at the desk so I know you’re here.” Not sure how sitting in front of the desk vs standing at the front desk would do much of a difference?? Speaking from an able bodied person, I hope he doesn’t treat people with disabilities who may not be able to STAND IN FRONT OF THE DESK TO CHECK IN like he treated me. Do better. Be a kind human. Healthcare and pharmacy work is hard, but it takes very little energy to ask a question kindly. .

Pharmacist was rude to my 82 year old mother. This occurred on Saturday 14th at 315pm. Absolutely unacceptable. I will file a corporate complaint.

Normally I don’t leave negative reviews. I wish I would have checked other reviews before going to this location. Having a clerk just rudely stare at me, at the register, instead of saying “how can I help you today?” Was hilariously awkward. I just stared back for a moment and waited for her to speak, which she did not do. When I spoke, she just tutted and rolled her eyes. I will, fortunately, not be returning to this location. To other peoples points, the store was indeed dirty.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. We have been screamed at, and hung up on. We will be taking out business somewhere else going forward. Unacceptable to treat people this way.

As another recent comment indicated, the staff at this Walgreens was very rude. No one waiting, but they made me schedule the appointment online. I was able to get an appointment for 30 minutes from then, but then they still snapped at me and refused to allow me to even start the paperwork they require, before I can actually receive the immunization I need. In fact, both a pharmacy person and the immunization person were rude. Will be avoiding this location now, even though it's the closest pharmacy to my house. Additional Comment: The pharmacy tech, Stephanie, who administered the shot was friendly and very professional. I had given a 1-star Review, upgrading the experience now to 2 stars.

Tried getting my first ever prescription filled out at this location so I came in with a lot of questions in hand on things like deals and transfers. The cashier is warning me away from companies like GoodRX which my friend shows me could actually have saved me money. Then when I go back to ask about a transfer of my prescription, the head pharmacist today at 2:30pm rudely interjects with an arrogant attitude all because I wondered if I could get back my prescription slip back to use somewhere else, but apparently it's, "Their property now."It's ironic how these Walgreens healthcare "professionals" are taking care of people when they barely have any human courtesy. Will not be returning to this Walgreens any time soon.
