I am in shock that this pharmacist is still under employment. Almost a year ago I was going through a difficult time so I contacted a new doctor and was put on a new medication for focus and for my mental health. I knew Walgreens had the medication because my husband was also on the same med and he uses my prescription plan. My doctor sent the script and did what they needed to do on their end to be sure the med was covered. Three times I went to pick up the script (a few days in between) as the Walgreens was sending me voicemails that my medicine was ready for pick up. Three times they told me my insurance was not covering and the cost was going to be over 100 for a month supply. I knew that couldn’t be right so I contacted my doctor and the pharmacy and made sure again that they had my info correct. During this time I had also scheduled a COVID vax through this pharmacy so while I as there to to get the vax I inquired again about my medication. The pharmacist was standing there and said point blank, “I’m sick of seeing your face in front of my counter.” So, of course I said to him, where is the compassion and where is the customer service? I’m here to get a vaccination. He looked me up and saw that I was on his list but I told him I would not be doing business with them anymore and customer service implies service and it’s not that hard to be kind. I took my RX to CVS and it was filled within 2 hours. Recently I had to go back to this Walgreens to get my husband’s medicine and was astonished to see this poor excuse for a pharmacist was still there. The girl behind the counter was sitting on the counter (same one used to set meds on) on her phone, scrolling. The lack of professionalism and courtesy at this Walgreens does not go unnoticed.

I see there is a trend here with, David, the pharmacist. He is incredibly rude, extremely aggressive, belligerent, and misogynistic. He showed no compassion or empathy in our conversation. He practically snatched the phone away from the pharmacy tech when she asked him a question about my account. He then started yelling at me about a medication I wasn’t even calling about because it’s not even due for a refill for another 3 weeks. I had actually already called and spoken with someone letting them know my doctor sent in the prescription early and it wouldn’t be eligible until the first week of November and asked if they could just hold on filling the prescription until then. He then implied I am a junkie because my doctor upped my dose and I was trying to fill again (which I WASNT) ? I don’t think he has any business being in a job that require interaction with people. I’m also going to be filing a complaint with the BBB about this Walgreens pharmacy and will be sure to mention him by name on the complaint. My mind is blown because I don’t think in my entire life anyone has implied I had a drug problem. Oh and to top it all off, he told me I don’t need to fill a prescription at this Walgreens again and I can “call the one down the street if I want to fill something with Walgreens and he’s deleting my prescriptions.”

It would be nice if the pharmacy actually stayed open as long as they’re supposed to. And yes the pharmacists is quite the j****

After working here for almost 2 years I can say you’re all correct. The pharmacist is very rude, making comments behind people’s (customers as well) backs and getting very aggressive. I obviously witnessed more than you all but the blonde older lady in the back likes to say the n word without the r, when reported as far as I know, nothing. Very unprofessional environment as the pharmacist is always meddling in patients and employees lives. Recently my friend called about her medicine and David, of course, was very rude and had uneducated answers for her. We cannot be for sure but we think it’s because he knows she is my friend. Where is HIPAA? When she called to complain she got a shift lead and was never reached out to by Rob so yes, head to any of the other Walgreen’s on Telegraph or the one on Forder, they’re truly great!

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The store manager will make false promises and has no clue what he’s talking about

Attempted to get my flu vaccine, covid booster, and pneumonia vaccine (per my doctor’s orders) I did not get them at my doctors office because their fridge was down and they had to replace all the vaccines. I was told by the pharmacist I was not eligible for the pneumonia vaccine based on my age. I didn’t know he was a doctor and knows my pre existing conditions. I was just doing what my doctor recommended I do based on my wellness plan.

Theee worst location to have a package delivered to. I had my delivery set for this location due to a business trip in the area. They could not find my package.. I assured them the tracking info showed it was delivered but they still turned me away. Made some calls and checked back with Walgreens, the clerk says, "oh we do have it, sorry." Talk about angry!! I live 1hr away!!!

Despite living within a mile of this location I will be officially going anywhere else. I have lost track of the number of times a pharmacist is either unavailable, truncated hours, or any number of reasons why I am unable to pickup my perscriptions here. This place needs to go under already.

The pharmacy at Wal Greens on Telegraph and Yeager road is great. The pharmacist in charger is the best.

I’ve had ongoing issues with the Pharmacy. Staff is fine except for the main Pharmacist. They have made mistakes repeatedly and I’m changing to a different one all together.

Worthless. They denied me a booster shot because I only had a photo of my vaccine card. Fine, I’d look for it and reschedule. Problem is, they listed in their system that I got my booster that day anyway, so I can’t sign up for another one. And the pharmacy is not completely unhelpful, but rude as if I did something wrong. Fantastic job, Walgreens. Truly. ?

horrible experience, never coming back. signed up for covid test online. brought the confirmation email and other materials. they wouldn't give me the test because they said i wasn't in their system, but i would've had to have been in the walgreens system to even receive the confirmation emailincompetent staff, not coming back

I’m not sure why the pharmacists got into the medical field if they have such a disdain for people

Went in for Western Union money order but WOW seemed a bit pricey for my blood. Employees were helpful and polite. Was clean and tidy.
