Worst local location. The lawn and garden department doors are apparently permanently broken -- no way to conveniently move large bags of soil/mulch/whatever in spring. Produce bins mostly empty. Saw torn bags of flour that had been taped together and put back on the shelf. Household items are in locked cases and have to either be held by security until you're done shopping or purchased on the spot. On top of this, about half of employees are vocally irritated that customers might want to use doors, purchase household items from the locked case, or be present in the store. Go to another location or literally anywhere else for comparable prices and a better experience.

Just left the Walmart on Telegraph where the cashier, Patricia, kept scrolling on her phone looking at pictures (she had her phone on the counter and I could see the pictures), even though half of my cart was on the belt waiting to be scanned. While I started to take bags off the carousel, she turned it and my hand got pinched between the bag hooks and counter. I know this was an accident, but when I yang my hand up and made a sound of shock, she just ask, "you got it?". I said "yeah, but you just pinched my hand". Patricia then just sat there for a few seconds giving a look like it was my fault, didn't apologize or anything. I know Walmart has gone down hill since I was an employee in 2000, but this was awful customer experience.

SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN. THIS IS A SCARY WALMART AT NIGHT ESPECIALLY. I traveled the country shop at many different Walmarts and this one is at the top of the heap of don't ever go back again. Now this just isn't one time thing. I've been there several times and it just gets worse. I intended to call the manager cuz she was nice enough to put up a sign that says hey you going to talk to me call this number. But it's only for 2 hours on 2 days. I'm sure she already knows of her problem there. Maybe for that if you don't it would be better for me to let you know of my experience. There's a heavyset white male gray short short shaved hair. Bald on top. And I thought he's stalking this woman. In a way maybe yes. But he was a store detective chasing down a shoplifter. The way he was following her and creeping around was obvious what he was doing. Somebody needs to train this man because if that woman who apparently he suspected of shoplifting and an accomplish then they could have double teamed him and he'd be in trouble. But then there was a large black male well-built. He was also store detective. He jumped out as to challenge me. I felt as if he had a something against me. I started them coldly in the eyes. At first I was going to react because he was challenging me. But then I remembered briefly seeing him come into the area when the white store detective was there. So I thought I'll just leave the area he's probably working for the store. I figured both of them were working for the store. I went up front told the customer service rep. She confirmed that yes they were working for the store. As I was concerned that the lady may be in danger. Then I told her about how the other fella jumped out and I demonstrated and she was wow. She just looked like he shouldn't have done that . So I told her I'd be calling the store manager since she was so nice enough to provide a phone number and said to do so on this card posted at the register. She had such few hours available for a phone call I just figured I'd let you folks know. I'll leave it up to the customer rep to tell her boss. Now I left early and did not complete my shopping paid for what I had in my cart because I felt unsafe in the area. Because I know something a lot of people do not know. Their security team is for loss prevention it isn't necessarily for the customer safety. So I have been to another Walmart where I was informed that there is no more code Adam for children. And if I was concerned I had to call the police myself

Don't order anything behind a locked door, they won't get it for your pick up even though it's available. In store, it will take 20 min plus to get anything behind a lock. Best to order it from amazon, probably cheaper there anyway either way you will get your product

For starters there needs to be more cashiers after 3 pm. Not just an old lady and a young boy to be at the only registers available. Swim wear should be put up during no later then the start of spring. The general manager have no idea how to keep seasonal clothes stocked. So beware you may not have a good experience shopping for clothes.

I hadn’t been to this particular store for years. It used to be in pretty rough shape, but it was great last weekend!

Multiple employees coughing without covering face, without mask. Seem like they might be from the same household. Why is everyone trying to share their infections? TB? Employees should know better, and why hasn't management wrangled this?
Location has creative checkout. But also one of the worst in the greater st louis area. Be prepared to wait in line, for self check.
No, I dont come to this one by choice. There are better locations in this city.
Ohh and lets not forget the man who stocks the bread and picks his butt.

Went to exchange my battery under warranty........they told me it was 15 years old, even when I produced a receipt that showed it was a year and a half old. It took 2 supervisors 45 minutes to get it straight and a bunch of arguing. Finally they exchanged the battery.....What a bunch of bullshit I had to go through....NEVER AGAIN.

Not the same anymore.. they are never fully stocked. & when I do go shopping here, there are carts of boxes that needs to be unloaded everywhere. Their shopping carts are trash, the wheels barely move. Today I went down the bread aisle & there was molded bagels on the shelf smh! The store was near empty down all the grocery aisles. I’ll stick to the Arnold location for now on. Unless it’s an emergency type of thing.
