We have one of the largest stores and it's clean and has a great variety of items, but I'm only giving it two stars due to their choice of employees. You go in and ask for help and the employees tell you "sorry, it's not my department" when they literally have a hand held computer telling them where to find anything and everything. It's also pathetic being treated as if you're inconveniencing an employee when asking for help with getting a heavy bag of dog food into your car while pregnant. You want to be treated with respect and see employees who are friendly and happy to see you and will go out of their way to help you, go to the Godfrey location in the morning. The older workers there are by far the absolute BEST! Store is obviously smaller with not as many choices, but I value quality over quantity.

They don't have carts in the cart bay in the store on weekends or busy days. You have to hunt one down in the parking lot if you're lucky.
DON'T ORDER a themed birthday cake from here because they will cancel your order the day before its order date. Even if you ordered it weeks before. They say that they don't check to see if they have the stickers for the cake until the day before. It's very unprofessional.

The little black girl on register 9 refused to check me out at 6:21pm cause I’m white meanwhile she helps other black peoples checking them out without an issue I then had to switch lines 3 times just to be told to go to the money center where there was a long alone and a store associate on they phone distracting the other associate who was trying to do her job.

This Walmart is trash they closed the money center at 4pm the hours for today says open until 8pm. The store is dirty and the produce is rotten no fresh salads all the Caesar salad bags are filled with brown lettuce. Why a damn shame.

It's not good business practice to have customers waiting in extremely long lines to check out. The HWY 67 location is the only location that uses this practice of herding customers and long lines to check out 🤮🥵😡👹

Sorry, I just don't like Walmart. They started the trend to destroy main street in every town and city in this country. And look at how this country is falling apart. Customer service has gone out the window because of corporations like Walmart. I took a rechargeable rotary toothbrush back after it would not recharge. It completely died. Because it had my saliva o it, they would not take it back. I miss the day when businesses truly believed that the customer was always right. The only reason I went there was to help a friend buy groceries. After telling him my story, I doubt he will ever go there again.

I worked my butt off to spend hundreds of dollars with them and they treat you like you’ve stole something. I saw more then 15 people walk out the door hands free for them to check my receipt (only) with only 2 bags and a box that cost me nearly $300 I’m highly upset rn

I found everything I needed but was surprised to learn the underwear is now locked up. You choose the styles and sizes you want, they unlock the unit, take out what you requested and take it up front to self checkout for you to pick up when you're ready to check out. I was shocked that I wasn't allowed to place the packages in my cart. Have we come to this? That experience took the fun out of shopping. I felt like I was being treated like a thief. I get it people are stealing the sweetest out of ginger bread these days, but some people just want to enjoy shopping. JS
