I had the most beautiful flowers at our rehearsal dinner, and the arrangements were done by this venue. Everything was done perfectly and they were absolutely gorgeous and the price was so very reasonable.

Super helpful in-person, or ordering by phone. All my cut arrangements last for weeks. Perfect arrangements. Order in the early morning and delivery by mid-afternoon for all my non-holiday occasions. Long history and fabulous reputation in our area. Just walk in and take a deep breath and, for a few minutes, and your day just got better. Love them!

Awesome customer service!I had chosen designer choice as it was the end ok the week . as. Floral Designer my self I know it is the best to do and I gave freedom to the design. It was for my mother in the hospital.All I asked was for a few longer lasting flowers.Now my mother took a picture of the arrangement. Could have been the back , But the design was not good . The flowers were cramed in the vase no style and greens cramed in the bottom .The flowers they picked was fine . Walter Knoll has been around a long time. Maybe I got a student designer. But if a customer gives you the freedom to do whatever you want get creative even if I only spent 75.00 . Thank youI would have added a picture but it wouldn't let me .

Amazing customer service! I ordered some flowers for delivery to a family member in the hospital, but I was not specific enough with the address, so the delivery was unsuccessful. Erica reached out to me right away and helped me find the correct address by calling the hospital for me. She then had a second delivery sent out within hours! Cannot recommend enough!

I ordered out an anniversary arrangement for my wife and paid extra for it to arrive by 11:00 am so my wife could receive it before she left work. When I did not hear from my wife by 10:50, I spoke with Brittany who said it would be arriving shortly. She graciously waived the extra charge and the arrangement arrived by 11:05 and looked great.
