Terrible online ordering technology. Does not accept credit cards that every other online vendor accepts from me. Automated message says, "We were unable to verify your Visa payment. Please ensure your card information and billing address are entered correctly. If you keep seeing this error, please contact your card provider." I've tried to revise and use different credit cards, etc., all to no avail. A call to the bookstore did not help. Still can't place my order, and my card provider says the problem isn't on their end. Result is that Bookstore loses revenue and alumni and friends can't use the store. All around a lose-lose scenario.

Such a beautiful campus. My son is attending college prep classes here and their staff are just incredible. I hope he decides to study here after college. The university campus book shop is filled with every essential thing they could need being away from home and then some! The track and field are just gorgeous. The cafeteria is just beyond amazing!

If you're in need of a new computer as a student or visiting campus and want a souvenir they have it. It's one of the biggest school stores I've been in and everyone is super friendly.

This is the official Washington University Campus bookstore in Saint Louis. They have most anything a student may need with regards to textbooks, school supplies merchandise and technology. Find them in the student center. There is another location for merchandise on the South 40. However this is the one and only for books and technology. I found the other location excellent for clothing. Our experience as parents was to purchase a lap top which was pre ordered through a school grant. This was taken care of at move in. The staff was helpful and processed the order with some delay due to a high volume of customers. Also it was closing time. We purchased new AirPods not included with the grant. Fast forward 7 months to broken AirPods which were taken back to the bookstore to investigate warranty. The staff confirmed under a year is 100% covered with no deductible. My son picked them up less than two weeks later and was satisfied with the service he received. Two positive experiences from a parent and student perspective. With my son finishing his Freshman year I can see them being later updated.

Order placed 6 weeks before Christmas - it is not January 15 and the order was still not received. I have emailed them multiple times regarding this order and after giving me the runaround they finally stopped responding. Will be opening a dispute with my credit card company.

Without consideration of his unhelpfulness, the staff member at the tech desk with glasses and grayish hair lacks customer support skills. Rather than being polite, he simply gives condescending responses. To top it off, he proceeds to publicly complain on call about Washington University students' irresponsibility.

Helpful staff, only wish the A/C was stronger and prices weren't so steep especially for required textbooks.

I had a late book rental which I couldn't return in time for the deadline because of COVID. I agreed for them to charge my card on file but apparently the payment did not go through. Which I did not hear about until they had a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY contact me after I had graduated. One year after the payment apparently failed. I had to pay $150+ on top of the late rental services to the collection agency to protect my credit. Please for my sake, go elsewhere for your books.
