Very unsatisfied with my lease experience. I don't feel like I was treated fairly. The vehicle that was brought in was not what I had made a deal for. The GM, who was not the GM that did the deal, was not interested in completely fixing my wife and my concerns with the deal. We got some marginal relief that is all. I left feeling like I was treated not completely above board. I would not do another deal at this location.

Tonight my 19 year old made the decision to become the proud new owner of a RAV4 and the buying process was so easy for her. I applaud this salesman for the no pressure atmosphere. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

My girlfriend and I bought a used Camero from Toyota and Miles took such good care of us. Made sure everything was a smooth and easy process. We even talked and are going to bring 2 of our kids up to look at cars in next couple of weeks. We really felt like they cared about the cars they sell and our car buying experience.

I always get amazing service at Victory Toyota. Brought my rav4 into the dealership for my regular service and everyone was so nice and so attentive. I was in and out in no time. Chris the concierge even stopped me to ask how everything was going. He is just the nicest young man I always enjoy my trips here.

Do not Buy a vehicle from them unless you want it to fall completely apart they are selling vehicles that have been in accident and covering it up to make you look crazy and cost you money I have contacted attorney general I spoke with Debbie cleves they are all apart of the scam I have made multiple complaints my bumper and side fender just blew off I had warranty and had to cancel because it does not cover the things falling off or anything associated with vehicle prior to being sold to me they sent police to my house because I am disabled demanding a refund and they triggered my anxiety which caused a panic attack and I normally became suicidal r homicidal having thoughts when I am triggered by wrongdoing and they sent police to my house and I dismissed them because the only way you all can help me is getting my refund from them because if not you all need to disappear so back to you all when will you be releasing my 17k$ for my vehicle I contacted the attorney general this place will be shutdown no matter what I have to do or how long it will take you all have taken advantage of me and discriminated against me because of my medical diagnosis and disability so not only will I be getting my 17k$ back I’ll b keeping the car as well so what you all planned to to have me fail has actually caused for me to win and because you tried to have me screwed I will be the last person you all screw over let the games begin because I tried returning vehicle next day they would not take it. Back 30 days later I had to pay for a wheel alignment because it was so uncomfortable to my body to even drive it my 31st bday bumper flew off on highway almost hitting another car on the road. N just last week the side fender fell off coming down the street and they are trying to make it seem like I am responsible for this damage the police the attorney general or all no help I am working diligently to sue them as they have stated on the complaint to attorney general that my insurance adjuster must have had something to do with buying the vehicle which shows their at fault my insurance adjuster was not able to be my adjuster until after the vehicle was purchased what in the hell these people are inconsiderate ignorant heartless and they all are displaying cases of amnesia but they will forever remember me

Ever get a gut feeling about something so strong that every fiber screams you shouldn't do business somewhere? Cause the salesman i spooked to while car shopping was completely wigged out or something. The person I spoke to who I believe is the manager even gave us weird vibes too. The entire experience that I had here was strange enough that once we got to the vehicle after. My girlfriend and I couldn't help but to laugh due to entire oddity of the entire situation due to it being so strange.
