Atrocious customer service. I came here two days ago and the inside of the restaurant was closed. Drive thru was backed up around the building. I came by today, happy to see that the inside was open, and she informed me that they were only accepting cash inside. Poor representation of Wendy’s! I went to Chick-Fil-A last time and to Chick-Fil-A I shall return!

I would like to say I saw them refilling ice and swept the floors while I was waiting my turn for my door dash pick up order. However I drove 10 mins to get there and they took another 10 mins to make the order and I didn't get a good tip because the order wasn't ready when I got there.

Sat at the drive-thru mic for close to 3 minutes before some thug with an attitude acted like it was killing her to take my order.

Food is usually good, sometimes tastes like it's been sitting for a couple of hours so not very fresh. Try to get there before 10:30pm or they might be either closed or "out of food". Website and sign on door say they close at midnight. Don't bother calling, they don't answer.

The guy with a hoodie on taking our order was speaking very softly hard to understand.The bathroom was dirty.The food was definetly below average, french fries that Wendy's is famous for were a dissappintment, cold fries.Also I posted a pick of the soda machine, very few options.If Wendy's goes to dinamic pricing they are going to be paying the customers to go to this restaurant.

Please do not eat here. Order at any other wendys, but here. Had lemonade, cheese fries.”, nuggets, and a chicken sandwich. The cheese fries was awful. AWFUL. Cheese looked watery then actually cheese. Had to spit it out and not eat this. The nuggets don’t taste nice and are not warm. My friend had the burger and it was cold. All of this for 20 bucks. This is the worst wendys I have ever been at. Nasty!!

I generally only post when something is very wrong or for positive feedback for an employee. I went through the drive thru before going to my chiro appt and was almost late. Service was extremely slow during lunch time which means they need more help. I was about to leave when several other cars left, so I stayed knowing I wouldn't have time for anywhere else. So I finally ordered my double burger combo meal with blueberry pomegranate lemonade that the polite girl said they had. I was so craving a burger! I ended up with one of those Biggie bag meals with a small, flat chicken sandwich w one piece of lettuce and mayo-yuck, chicken nuggets, tiny bag of cold fries and a small regular flavored lemonade. My burger definitely wasn't a burger. My husband was actually driving us and I told him wait and check the bag, but he already moved out of line! So I said I'd go in real quick and see if they just mixed up the bags. Well, there was a long line and someone who was waiting on a salad had already been waiting 20 mins. I couldn't get anyone's attention and after hearing that, I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for my appointment. They mustve had the wrong order pulled up at the drive thru because I saw the screen was correct when ordering, but then they charged me for a completely different meal! Very upsetting. Probably just won't go back anymore.

The store was severely understaffed and the 2 people working were both rude. The food was ok but nothing special.

A gentleman who came in to use a coupon in the Wendy's app for in restaurant use was being denied because the cashier who scanned the app qr code screwed up and wanted to rescan the code. The code was gone when the gentleman tried to retrieve it again. The manager on duty tried to blame it on the app and said that there was nothing they could do in store. They finally discounted he food to the proper amount. In the meantime I waited 19 minutes for my single hamburger after 4 people who ordered behind me got their order ahead of me.

Ordered from this location twice through DoorDash, both of my orders were incorrect and no one seemed to care, i ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit meal and all i received was two honey butter biscuits. No sides, not even the chicken patty. I called to get the situation rectified and no one answered. Eventually I had to go to the store to talk to someone but in talking to the manager no one seem to remember doing any DoorDash orders that day.
