The photo department at this store called me at 7:45 am asking if I still wanted a photo order from 5 months ago. I let the employee know I didn't feel it was appropriate to call customers that early but she did not apologize and her response was quit flippant. This is not the first problem I've had with this Walgreens location.

This is probably the most overstaffed and ineffective pharmacy ever since Don left. Other Walgreens pharmacy stores are not this bad - they just need a manager.

Idiots!!! 6 people with 1 job. Fill prescriptions. How do you loose a prescription? Because it is a narcotic I cannot get prescription at this Walgreens until they find it. My doctor sent another and they will not fill it. No one gave a s**** Laughing joking. Micheal the pharmacist couldn't of cared less. Here I sit with kidney stones and no meds.

If you want to speak to a pharmacist you might as well not even bother. The app said there was a problem with my prescription and I needed to call the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy at 1240 and the recording said there was one caller ahead of me. I sat there for 40 minutes on hold. I tried calling back and was told now there were two callers ahead of me. I am really frustrated because if they aren't going to answer their phone calls then make a way through the app to contact them. Oh....and their new lunch time was an hour away from when I started this whole thing. So if they didn't answer by then I'd have to call back after their break. Obviously their time is more important than mine. I just might try CVS because this is totally unacceptable.

I am so angry! I bought a Covid at home test kit a week ago and didn't realize Medicare now pays for them. That was on me! But I decided to get another one just to have on hand and was told at the pharmacy on Tesson Ferry that I had to submit the receipt. I got home and looked on line to find out how to do it and found out that the pharmacy has to do it! So I went back and they said they couldn't reimburse me! So I have now paid close to $50 for two kits that should have been free. The first one was my fault, but the other one was Walgreen's pharmacy's fault!!!

Ordered a prescription refill, and received an automated email saying it would be ready for pickup the next day at 10:00am. Got there around 11:00 the next day and was told that, due to insurance, it was too early to pick up. I had to wait 1 more day. The next day, assuming it would be ready early since it had originally been scheduled the previous day. But as I checked throughout the morning, it continued to say "In Progress" and "being filled". I finally called about 12:30 and was told it would be ready by 1:00. Past 2:00 and still not ready, so I called again and was told they were behind, but it would be 30-60 minutes - ready by 3:30. 3:30 came and went, and still not ready. At this point I have no idea when it will be ready, but obviously "being filled" doesn't really mean it is being filled. And an update: it is now 5:00pm and status says "Prescription out of stock, more is on the way". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Dropped off a prescription at the drive-through window. It was a prescription that I needed to pick up that day so I asked the pharmacy worker to verify they had it in stock before leaving the script there. Come to find out that she either stole or misplaced this prescription without scanning it into the system. I asked them to check their security cameras which they agreed and three days later they still have not done so. They also said they would call the doctor to get the prescription replaced if not found. They have not done that nor called me prior to the doctors office p to let me know the status. I've had a lot of mess ups at this pharmacy but this takes it to a whole new level. So very disappointing!

Just your typical Walgreens. People aren't friendly or helpful. And if you are going to Covid testing go in the lane closest to the building. There was no sign telling us this and we waited in the wrong lane for 10 min :( to be told "the test doesn't fit in that box) Then we had to get in the other lane and had to wait even longer. They should put up a sign!!!

Worst Walgreens ever! Watch out for Claire at Walgreens on Kennerly and Tesson Ferry. Went to this store on July 13 at approximately 11:30 pm. She is rude, yells at customers and I recorded it all and sending it to corporate. Obviously, the management there are either afraid of Clair or don't care so won't be wasting my time with them.

Ridiculous wait times! It should not take 2-3 hours to fill one prescription! This is not a single incident, but a consistent problem. The excuse was the pharmacist was busy giving flu shots. Then a hire a nurse to give flu shots! Hire another pharmacist! It's not like it's surprise that it's flu season or that people need their prescriptions!
