I probably don't even wanna give one star too. The people there are so rude. They are ordering me to put the clothes to the hangers even after I told them I am gonna buy them and literally standing in front of me and ordering to do so!! Am I the customer or they?

Yesterday my daughter and I were shopping for her a dress for her Sweet 16 in 1 1/2 weeks. Alex was working on the floor and she was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to find a beautiful dress 👗. Alex's excellent customer service ensured that we will be repeat customers. Then at checkout Indie helped us. She even helped with ensuring that we found shoes with the perfect fit. I must say that these 2 employees have such great customer service it made my experience joyful! They really need to be acknowledged!!! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff was friendly; they immediately spoke to me when i walked in. They also helped me pick out an outfit for my girlfriend. Will definitely bring my girlfriend back here to shop again.

Horrible experience. 3 people working were rude. A zipper was broken already on their dress, they said we “broke” it. When in fact it was already broken. Would’ve helped to know that before trying it on. One of the ladies started aggressively throwing the dress and typing really hard.

They did not open at 10: 00. They were probably 5 minutes late. I wouldn't mind the 5-minutes if they weren't on their phone. I'm supposed to wait for you to open the store while you scroll timelines? And they saw me. I had to tap on the window at about 10:04. At that time the one of the staff members finished working on the mannequin before she opened the door for me to come into the store. The other staff member began counting the drawer. When I did get inside they weren't friendly. I decided to walk in, walk out. I refuse to purchase anything from places like this. I strongly encourage people to get jobs that they love. When you don't really like your job, it shows.

They are so rude - worst customer service. Wouldn't return an item as they insisted it was worn (WHICH IT WAS NOT). Terrible employees. They told me to take it back to another location (even though they are a corporate chain) - non sensical. Don't go here!

This location is never open. The hours are completely different from the mall itself. So annoying & inconvenient. I’ve come here twice all the way from Illinois and it’s been closed both times.

This store could be so nice if it weren't for some of the staff. One of the workers was incredibly rude, not helpful, and dismissive. Such a shame because the rest of the workers seem very nice. They close the dressing rooms way before closing and have no mercy even if you're in the middle of selecting a dress to purchase. If I ever see that woman working again, I will never step foot in the store. :( overall terrible experience.
