“Ben is nothing short of the finest clothier I've ever worked with, not to mention an absolute gentleman. He never pushes. He never wheedles. He never tries to talk me into something I really don't want. Rather he helps me find the suit I want, and helps me avoid the pitfalls of buying something that looks good in a small square but on me would look clownish. He has excellent taste in his own wardrobe, but he sets that aside because we've spent enough time together that he actually understands my aesthetic and knows what kind of look *I* want to achieve...not the kind of look he wants.Every single item of clothing I've bought with Ben's direction is a garment I'm proud to be seen in.
Now...take all of that and add in that he will come to your home or office to take initial measurements, to do an incremental fitting, and even deliver the finished garments. He has become a trusted friend and advisor. If I look good at all in my wardrobe, it's because Ben made me look good.
Also...gents...if you've never bought a custom fit dress-shirt...just try one. They're a little on the spendy side for me, but once you own one, it's all you'll ever buy.”

Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. “I purchased a shirt online, and ended up wanting to return it and get something similar. I decided to go by the Gallleria store to do the return. I spoke with Kate, and she was exceptional !! Kate was so helpful and friendly, it was actually enjoyable to have her help me. As a V.P. of Customer Relations myself, I can tell you that Kate is an incredible asset to the Tommy Bahama brand, and the perfect example of what a company and a customer would want their shopping experience to be like. We all know that the TB products are wonderful, and so is Kate !!”
“They were absolutely amazing. They were willing to look up to see if an item i was looking for was at other locations or orderable online. There was a greeting as soon as I walked in the shop and I was smiling as I left. No complaints at all. I wish all shops had this positive of an experience. Will continue to shop there, and I tell people this location is better than some others I've been to in the area. They are super personable and really try to connect with the clients. Love this location the most. It's always clean, and they are super diligent about making sure sales items are marked correctly. If a mistake is made, they own it, and then they fix it, and that is what I love to see. I wish they would come work for the company I work for.”

“I ❤Catos!Not gonna lie...I go IN for the phenomenal clearance...which they know, cause then I typically go OUT with several/many clearance items & at least one full price item! LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!Suggestions?
