  Love their tea, any bubble tea location I ask 1/4 sweetness and they got it perfect for me. They were so polite, I will definitely come back to try more flavors! 😁 Thanks!

  Just got this and It’s by far the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. Tastes like chocolate skim milk with old boba thrown in and the texture is off 10$ in the trash damn near immediately 🤮

  Came today and ordered two Oreo shakes. Was literally just crushed ice and Oreo. Asked for replacements as I asked if they even put in milk in it (sign says milk). The girl seemed irritated, but replaced them. Only slightly better as still barely any taste to it. The mall's dead now so I'm guessing they're skimping from struggling traffic.
  
  Now we're both poisoned by it, nauseous and spasms/cramps. Wouldn't put it past them it was out of spite.

  Tried the Oreo blend today. It was fantastic. I definitely will be going back to grab another one, and it was served super fast.

  Tried the milk tea today and was really disappointed — it tasted super watery and lacked flavor. Definitely not worth the high price.

  They do not warn you about a service charge using a card. I see they claimed replying to someone else they notify of up charges but they do not. The tea was SO SWEET. I’ve never had this tea taste so terrible before. Undrinkable and $9 down the drain. They will not make a different one even though I truly believe she made it incorrectly.. either that or they have terrible recipes. It’s overcharged, rushed, and gross.

  Stopped again for a quick taste and ended up with a full cup — the Mango slushy is dangerously good! Super quick and friendly staff!

  I had a disappointing experience at Yum Bubble Tea recently. The Chinese woman working there was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the menu and made me feel very unwelcome. I really enjoy bubble tea, but this kind of service made the visit unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this so customers feel more comfortable in the future.

  Way too much price for what they give. I didn’t even tell the size she herself selected large and charged me a whopping 8.60. Front desk service is unacceptable, she could’ve put a little smile on her disgusting face. Overall the quality is way too bad, she just gave me 3/4 ICE. I ordered a oreo milk blend and she blended the 2 oreo biscuits with jar full of ice with som ewhipped cream on it.!!! KEEP OUT OF THIS PLACE.. Not worth it!!!

  This Indian lady changed prices to 6,50 to 8,08 and said the boba is 1 dollar it's not nice to lie beta dont listen to beta bad and was watching us and did not give us the right change and the drinks are probably old and was dumpster diving.

  Price is ridiculous for the quality. Have tasted MUCH better quality boba. The tea is over watered, and the additional toppings are meager.
