Horrible bank. Horrible customer service. Won't recommend.Always best to find another awesome bank with staff who give good experiences for their customers. I live close by so i thought it was good convenience. However, i was VERY VERY wrong, they treat you like something is wrong with you without even indicating any evidence of their discomfort. Open a bank account here at your own risk! That's all I'm going to say.

I have had my bank accounts for my company with 1st Advantage since I started 10 years ago. They are wonderful to work with, and very accommodating. I would never consider moving my accounts to another bank.

They will lie to you to get money out of and I had a loan that went bad and was told when they closed that I wouldn’t pay interest after that and now I’m paying interest for no reason other than they lied to me

Dwight and everyone at the bank are super courteous and great to deal with. If you have a question they are always there with their advise. We are extremely happy we found 1st Advantage Bank and everyone there. We have quite a few accounts with them and everything is handled top notch!! If you need a bank, 1st Advantage Bank is it!

The customer service is always spot on. If it's close, I would strongly recommend using them. It's quick to get ahold of representatives and they're always friendly and efficient.
