John was very polite and professional. Answered my questions in a way I understood what he was conveying. He told me in the politest way I get to go shopping for a new refrigerator. Definitely recommend AAA Home Services and John. Will use them again if the need arises.

They did not fix my refrigerator after a couple of visits. When he put it back in place he destroyed the side, Thank GOD he didn’t bust my granite counter top.
I called Manager and he said they didn’t do it and they would not do anything to fix it.
I would not recommend this company for anything.

Came out to give an estimate on repairing my ice maker that keep freezing up. Service man walks in right off the bat tells me Samsung refrigerators are junk they don't do warranty work on them because his company never gets paid. I told him this isn't warranty work. He then says well they make a kit for the Samsung refrigerator for this problem of freezing up. He then calls to find out price of kit. He then writes down kit is $509.00 . Then he states well after the kit is installed there's no guarantee its going to fix the problem. I told him why in the world would I spend roughly $700.00 just it the hopes it will be repaired that's the silliest thing I've ever heard. He then says well that's something you will have to take up with the manufacturer Samsung. I told him I'm not that dumb to spend that much for a possible bad result. I told him then to just turn off the ice maker. He hee handed around and didn't know how to turn it off. He says that's a touch screen I'm not familiar with ( previously he mentioned he has worked for his company for 25 years. So he virtually did nothing and I had to pay him $95.00 for coming out for his 7 minutes of degrading Samsung and his inability to turn off the ice maker. Never again !!!

I can’t say enough about the service we received! After dealing with a shady “local” repair service company who did nothing but jerk us around on our refrigerator. We ate the money and called AAA APPLIANCE and we are up and working! Service was prompt with no issues.

They charged $386 dollars to install a garbage disposal that I purchased. I would never recommend this company.

Do not support this place! I ordered a replacement glass for my oven and had my wife pick it up. The employee put the box in her backseat and said they checked it and it was not broken. The box was taped up so she wasn’t able to look at it herself but she trusted them. When she arrived at home I took the box out and cut the tape and as soon as I looked in the box I could tell it was totally in pieces. I called and the manager said it must’ve broke after it left and they would not replace it and that I had to purchase another one. Totally stole $240 from me when I could’ve purchased on Amazon for cheaper. I thought I’d support a local business instead but this is why people shop online these days. Local service is total crap and they don’t care about customers and have zero integrity. Manager literally blamed it on us when it was sitting where they put it in her car untouched on the drive home.
