Would never use this company after they transferred me 4 times finally got a manager/ supervisor lol what a joke of a company. "Cancelled and got my refund" 2 weeks ago i mean if you read this and still want this insurance good luck getting scammed

I've been a AAA member 13 years. I never used the travel side of it. So i scheduled an appointment with one of the travel agents. I told her the dates of travel. We went over all my options. 45 minutes later I walked out. With my airfare. Car rental. Hotel. All paid for. I used Brittney Martin. Very courteous & professional.

What a horrible place.
Yhey can’t get anything right on my policies.
At this point I don’t know how much each policy cost or what kind of policy I have.

Tammy at the St. Peter’s office bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. She was so wonderful and personable to me. I always get my trip tiks and maps here and have had nothing but good experiences.

I'm lost for words.Yes saving money is nice but I'd rather be treated with respect and I call my agent to pay bill nobody seems to answer phones I leave a message for my agent months ago not one call back .I understand people are busy and short staff but at the same time what about your customers just trying to pay a bill or has a question and you don't receive a call back from your agent that you called?I'm told I will call you back in 15 minutes when he did answer nope never got a call back from him or anyone so now I just call whoever I can get to take my payment or answer my question but told I need to talk to my agent to answer question .I don't leave reviews but this has gone on for past 7 months! I just ask that you appreciate your customers and if your not going to call back then have someone do it for you show respect

We asked for a new QUOTE and they charged our card $2000! Peter Kalvachev, the agent, was rude and insulting when we wanted our money back! I asked for an apology and Peter refused saying he hasn't done anything wrong. Terrible customer service.We'd been AAA members for more than 40 years. No more!

Our Insurance agent left, so we became a "house account." In other words, no one got a commission from our business so no one cared a bit about service. We never got our homeowners policy attached to our online account where we pay, get renewal amounts, etc., even though multiple requests were made. I was literally told it was above their pay grade. Had to call the 1-800 number where someone in Dallas was super sweet and did immediately resolve the issue. We never got an email regarding our renewal (we opted for paperless)-so no mailed statement either. Then when I called to find out our renewal policy rate he said it wasn't ready until 25 days prior the due date. All other agents in Missouri said there is a statute that requires we have it within 30 days. Needless to say, we walked away for another company that offered more coverage for less premium. Even considered dropping our roadside assistance. Only giving a 1 star because they have a sweet lady in some Dallas office that cared.

This is one of the best AAA agencies. Anytime I call and need anything they always make sure to get me taken care of. My agent that sold me the policy is often busy but the team that works in this office truly works as a team to make sure all your insurance needs are met not to mention my premium and coverage are the best rates I have ever received over any other insurance carrier.
