Usually I’d give a 5 star review for the O’Fallon site. Dr Lombardo is an incredible human and treats his patients with great respect. I also see Leslie Simpson for my back, she is wonderful, caring and respectful.
Today I fell in the shower. I’ve sprained parts of myself, I’ve been banged up before due to balance, but I’ve never been hurt this bad. I had to do walk/ hobble in, after I called and I asked if I should go to ER and was told, “They’ll just send you to us.”
We waited for 2 hours, fine. It got bad when they came to get me. Clearly I couldn’t walk w crutches, nor get up. They brought a wheelchair for me to shimmy into. Then she told my fiancé to push me to the room. He didn’t know how to corner or drive a wheelchair, plus he’s blind in one eye so depth perception is gone and is a disabled veteran. They should NEVER assume a family member can do THEIR job. So, my leg/knee got banged around multiple times from reception to X-ray to out the door. They could clearly see I was getting banged up. They did nothing but watch and hold the door.
Then the medical person came in, I had to finally ask her name, Sarah. Most doctors tell you what they are going to do and what they’re testing. She just started grabbing my leg and pushing things around so fast and so forceful that when she asked where it hurt all I could say was, “everywhere!” How can I tell when she’s twisting and pulling at such a rapid pace? I told her how much I hurt, she said, “PT” and a knee brace. Then she leaves and another woman comes in to tell me they don’t have a brace and I can check Amazon! What? I have insurance! After I asked, she gave me a note for ins and told me to call them to find a brace!
I can handle ridiculous pain. This is worse. I’m frustrated, in pain, was treated so rudely by 2 people and nothing was actually given to me to help besides a really cheap wrap that’s already stretched out and not worth spit.
I have an appt in 2 weeks w a dr at another site.
I know it’s almost a holiday, and I understand moods, but this was almost the most horrible medical experience I’ve ever had.

I would never recommend Dr Lombardo, ever! He was an hour and twenty five minutes late for my appt. He attacked me verbally, made me cry... I left in tears and was told I was credited for my copay since I was attacked and walked out! Two hours I lost for nothing. He said, I quoat... if I had a problem with that, I could get up and leave. Which I promptly did.. I gave my review in the parking lot before leaving. I would never recommend this office, ever!
This has been escalated to the FRAUD DEPARTMENT since they are claiming they took xrays, which absolutely did not happen. I've also reported it to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge. I would never recommend these folks.
I saw them 5 years ago for my hand, different doctor. No problem what so ever until now!

Great experience!! From start to finish their office, staff and one of the best bedside manners for a doctor that I have ever experienced.

It’s was an absolute pleasure. Dr Lombardo is such a great Dr. with the best bed side manner. He explains everything in such a reassuring way and never makes you feel like your questions are a bother. He is so caring.
The surgery center is great. Immaculate and all the nurses are so caring and thoughtful.
Highly recommend .

I came in for surgery under dr glisson told them everything needed to be within insurance they said ok the day off i go in for my surgery the nurse said it may not be but dont worry the anesthesia would be written off they lied to me and i got the anestessia bill these felt scammed by my doctor. Or do you both work together to scam people?
You guys choose the place where the surgery happens and the price your doctors. Will be filing a complaint to insurance.mo.gov you guys scamming your customers is not right!

Last time I saw Dr. Lombardo he he was running 40 minutes late but it was an hour when I saw him. He was preoccupied and had no time to help me, didn't look at my feet and indicated there was no need for me to come back. As the compounded medicene he had ordered for me didn't work and I am diagnosed with neuropathy and other issues and he didn't care for the neurologist I chose, which he didn't offer one. He could have showed some compassion or recommended someone else but he was not interested . He had become my doctor in 1993 and was great back in the day.

It’s always a great experience with Dr Larkin. He’s funny but also honest and frank with me! Which is just what I need.
