The security guard and company policy allows drivers to check in at 5p for your appointment however once your on the property you can’t leave so ensure you have food (Walmarts nearby) and you are fueled up or refreshed (Loves nearby).
Once on property you will be directed to the staging area to park. Around 945p a member of the Aldi team will ask for paperwork and direct you to the dock door. The dock doors are close and pay close attention to other truckers and refer trailers.
The unloading is quick however the process that slows up is the possible counting of products and timeframe it takes to pay the lumper fee. A text is sent to your phone and only electronic payments are accepted. Afterwards someone knocks on the door and hands you your paperwork to get checked out by security.
My appointment was at 2a I arrived on property at 7p. Took a nap went to the dock at around 10p then left at 1:45a
Gave 4 stars because they let me in and were able to avoid the long lines mentioned in previous reviews.

the worst place i have ever been. from check in to check out took about 9 hours. the appointment was for 1.00 am. i arrived at 9.30 pm. they let me through to the facility and i waited in line among many other trucks. sit in the car and wait for an employee to come to you and take your documents. then they will call you and tell you the dock number. as soon as you are loaded they will bring you the documents. in my case they forgot to close the dock and i had to go inside the building and ask them to close the dock so i could leave the dock. very poor organization of work.

Pretty good facility. If you miss your appointment they'll work you in. They start checking trucks in at 11 pm. If you try to come earlier they will make you turn around and leave. Go to the QT at exit 222 off of 70 and wait there until 11 pm. Another thing, you're going to be there for at least 3 to 4 hours because the lumpers have to break down the pallets and count merchandise.

This place could be a challenge
My experience here was very good
I was there the weekend before Christmas
I got there at 6:00 p.m. for a 1:00 a.m. appointment and they let me park on site
There is no overnight parking
When I left at 2:00 a.m. trucks for lineup for probably a mile
Plan accordingly

ZERO STARS!!!! First of all most Aldi DC’s are bad but this one takes the cake by far. First of all they are so slow that trucks are on the overpass and highway waiting in line which is extremely unsafe, i waited around 2 and a half hours just to come to the get to check in! Wondering how come Police doesn’t do anything about it…Second their own drivers drive around the waiting trucks to go in ( which is fine, they have priority) however they are speeding so much and are cocky i personally saw almost two accidents while waiting, its like they do it on purpose to scare the drivers in line. Once you do get in its the typical Aldi experience, fast offload and then you sit and wait for 4-5 hours for them to count everything i guess by hands due to time it takes ?! Ofc no overnight parking even tho you spend 7-8hr there… Only good thing i can say is that the security guys are top notch, polite and kinda quick to get you in once you are in front of the shack. Overall im putting this location on my “DON’T DELIVER” list as if they can’t have any respect for drivers bringing them loads ( Revenue) then im not wasting my time. Try to avoid it drivers.

Will absolutely blow up your phone demanding the lumper fee. I'm on hold with my dispatcher to get a comchek and they haven't sent me 12 text messages for the fee in about 5 minutes.

Not a bad place to deliver but they really need to improve their docks. Can't see anything out there when trying to back in. A little bit of light over the doors would help tremendously.

No overnight parking so prepare your trip accordingly. Part of the lot is dimly lit at night and the doors are close together making docking difficult. Lumper service uses the Relay app on your phone for payment.

There were one of security guard ladies was having aggressive behavior characteristic and racial so much or very hateful to foreign drivers so, anyone who were foreign OTR drivers don’t go to this place and try to avoid for this place. That the woman duty was usually Thursday . Therefore, this place is better to be avoided delivery for anyone who is foreign OTR drivers .
