Was asking a general question of one of the sales? management? regarding switching a phone from another plan to them. She actually SAID OUT LOUD quote: "we don't go above and beyond to unlock our phones" A) we were discussing getting ANOTHER COMPANY'S phone unlocked to give HER our business, and B) did she seriously just say to a customer that she wasn't going to go above and beyond for something? Wow.

Honestly, I'm shocked how good this store looks for who works there. Lady told me upright I couldn't upgrade my phone without upping my phone bill for the AT&T unlimited plan. I just ordered my phone online without that being the case. To me this seems pretty unethical and poor business. Bunch of liars.

The young lady that helped me at the store was very professional, very helpful and Answered all my questions to the best of her ability and she couldn’t answer. She reached out and got me the answer that I was looking for and very thankful that she was there to help. I would suggest this for anyone she’s very good at her job her name was Bridget.

I went to the Att store to upgrade my iPhone (I traded my older iPhone) and take advantage of what appeared be a great special for an iPad and an Apple Watch. When I got my first bill it was $300 higher than normal! I specifically said I didn't want insurance on devices but I was charged for that. I specifically asked that my plans NOT be upgraded to premium but they were. I did not ask for data plans for my watch or iPad but it was added anyway. I did not get the promised special for watch and IPAD (both were supposed to be less than $5) because I got them in the middle of my billing cycle (?). I'm told I'll get that back but I have a hard time believing that. My husband had a similar experience when he upgraded. That's insane. It’s 2024. Surely they can do better than this. Now I’m going to have to spend a good deal of my valuable time getting this fixed. If I can’t get it changed I’ll be switching carriers. Might anyway.

Went there to swap my cell card to a new laptop. I was helped as soon as I walked in. They swapped out my cell card and I was up and running on the new laptop in a minute.

I had the Good Fortune being waited on by Celia she listened to my concerns was patient and was very technically savvy. Unfortunately, I was short on time she was able to resolve my issue in record time. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Celia, she can meet customers exactly where they are and treat them how they want to be treated she is the personification of what customer service should be.

We recently went into the AT&T store on Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters. Our customer service rep, Celia, was extremely helpful and friendly. She not only was fast, she also recommended several upgrades that improved our experience and also saved money on our bill. She's an incredible salesperson, and I would happily go back to the same store simply based on her knowledge and great customer service.
