I had the Good Fortune being waited on by Celia she listened to my concerns was patient and was very technically savvy. Unfortunately, I was short on time she was able to resolve my issue in record time. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Celia, she can meet customers exactly where they are and treat them how they want to be treated she is the personification of what customer service should be.

We recently went into the AT&T store on Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters. Our customer service rep, Celia, was extremely helpful and friendly. She not only was fast, she also recommended several upgrades that improved our experience and also saved money on our bill. She's an incredible salesperson, and I would happily go back to the same store simply based on her knowledge and great customer service.

Kelly, the store representative was amazing! She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and then proceeded to help me even as she was helping another customer during the time she was waiting for a callback for her. She helped me decide which new phone would be the best for my circumstances. She was patient in transferring everything from my old phone to the new one. I was able to purchase accessories on clearance that she directed me to. AND best of all, she was able to find a way to lower our bill significantly even with the new phone on the plan! Also, shout out to Celia, who was working with her and helping another customer, but also greeted me when I walked in and was very pleasant. By far the best new phone purchasing experience for me, which is saying something because it’s a job I dread whenever I have phone issues!! Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to share about a wonderful experience I had at this location. Celia demonstrated phenomenal customer service skills by being incredibly kind and patient. After witnessing her level of professionalism, I was stunned when she mentioned she was not part of the management team. I greatly appreciated Celia’a thoroughness and attention to detail when addressing my concern with my phone. The tone in which she spoke, as well as her entire entire demeanor, were extremely welcoming and made me feel like a valued customer. EXCELLENT job Celia! Keep up the great work!!!

If you want terrible customer service, this is the location for you. I called to cancel an online pick-up order (only because another location wouldn't give my husband his phone) because I was going to order the device to ship to my house. When I called, the employee actually said to me, "We're busy. We have customers." She said if I called back in about 30 minutes, maybe she could help me but I needed to call 611 for help. After spending, 45 minutes on the phone with 611, they said they couldn't cancel the order and the store had to do it. I called the store back much to the chagrin of the employee who was clearly annoyed I needed her help. While she was trying to figure out if she could help me, I got hung up on. So, I had to waste time and go into the store to get this order canceled. This experience was the last straw and we have since left AT&T.

Excellent service. Justine, Haylee, and Cody were amazing: patient, kind, informative, and funny. They definitely went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this location enough.
