Really REALLY hard to get anything accomplished here. The store manager wouldn't even come talk to me when I had an issue. I had to contact the Area Manager to get anything done with my account issues. I only gave a 2 star because Jed did a great job helping me after I had to go above the store level for something mindlessly simple.

Employees to worried about upselling you on products you’ve already declined from them. Then they add services to your plan you didn’t ask for and not the ones you did ask for. Use to be one of the better locations to go to but not anymore.

The staff was very nice and had greeted my daughter and me when we walked in. The gentlemen that helped me upgrade my phone helped me save money. I would have given the store 5 stars. The ONLY issue i had was the gentleman that was helping me was chewing gum and taking to me at the same time. It made it a little difficult to understand him. That's the only issue I had.

Trading in phones became cumbersome. We were in-store for 4 hours. The process needs streamlining.

Usually my experiences here are better but the store rep put a service on our plan without our knowledge. I only realized when we left and got a text about signing up for it. Glad we called back to cancel it. I would say just make sure everything is correct on your plan or you can get tricked.

Had the worst experience EVER. First day after waiting over an hour I was told by Beth that she couldn’t help me because my name wasn’t on the account, it is. So we left and I call customer service and they said I was on the account, so we went back the next day at 3:30 had an appointment with Beth, Beth never came in. The man that helped us was very nice, got two phones then fraudulent should up and never got a call that they thought someone was using my account and lift with out phoned. Called ATT to get this resolved and 3 days later I’ve had the worst customer experience, I was lied to and 3 days later nothing. I will be look Looking for a different company. Very said, this used to be a great company. Not anymore

Sold me the wrong item after I picked out what I wanted. Had to have the correct item shipped to me and was told to ship back the incorrect item. Did not receive a box or label to ship the incorrect item back and I am now standing in the store, all i need is a box and a label, no one has checked me in and they have helped people that came in after me.

Just left this location. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I got a new Sim card and my phone is working and I love the coverage.
My phone service just quit yesterday, no 5G, no signal, and wifi was intermittent.
Inquired about getting a new phone. Nate(the man "helping me") went in back, said they didn't have any, didn't even ask if I wanted to order one. Swapped my Sim and pushed me out the door. I was about to drop almost $1800 on a new phone, ear buds, case and maybe a couple other accessories, I guess they just don't want the sale or to actually help their customers.

I went to the store to pre-order the new iPhone 16 Pro Max. Yes, I could have ordered online, however, I wanted the local store to get the credit for the sale. These are people that live in my area and I choose to support them. The Store Manager was the one that helped me and he was very nice and do a great job. I wish that you could still go to a store and get help with your account instead of having to reach out to a call center half way around the world. There is almost always a communication issue, which is understandable. AT&T provides good products but their customer service (outside the store) is lacking. The store gets 5 starts, AT&T only gets 4 as they need to be more connected to their customers.

I strongly recommend not to take services from AT&T, because the guys in the store will lie to you. And then, in a month, you will receive a check for a larger amount. And then, when some more time has passed, if you call and say that you initially agreed on a different amount for the service, they will tell you that they are not responsible for what the employee in the store said and they can’t do anything about it. Verizon best of the best!!!

So, first I would like to thanks the manager of this locations. She was very nice and try to t help me. But just overall ATT is a absolutely garbage. Crazy overpriced. And they always try to get you in with promo. Costumer service is a good luck for you. Then they try to lock you with them through they phone plans. Which are veey hard to get off. I bought a phone with them, it was the biggest mistake I’ve done since I step in the USA. They promise one price. Next month the price was different on my account. Then I call them it took forever to talk to someone. The people could give two f’s about me. And pretty much said that it was just my problem and I had to deal with the bill. I couldn’t leave because I didn’t have money payoff my phone. So finally I got off college got a good job and now with my first paycheck I am leaving this place TODAY. Finally paid the fee and unlocked my phone just to heard that I still have to wait to them to unlock my phone in process that can take days. They couldn’t just do it automatically. Anyway, ATT will never see another cent of mine. And for every single person that I can talk too I’ll make sure that they will never step their foot on this store. I would definitely take a look a MINT MOBILE. Much cheaper much honest much easy to work with. You all should do the same !!!!’

After a month of waiting to simply get a number transferred from one business to another, the final resolution of the matter was me to pay AT&T for this problem to go away. How is that a great introduction as a new customer? It essentially was please pay us for our screw ups. Make no mistakes, this was a failure of the right hand (in store) and left hand of ATAT (over phone service) not knowing what each are doing or have done. My initial impression is that the customer service in store and over the phone is horrid and the culture experienced is that of a failure in caring about getting the issue right.

I told them not to mess with my plans as I was grandfathered in with better deals. They changed without my approval and only offered $10 account credit even though it's costing me an extra $60 a month with no included streaming services.
They also don't answer their phone even though they are a phone provider.
