Clarence, the store manager is AMAZING! He's respectful, helpful, and treated me so well. Autozone didn't have my very specific part, but he helped me look at my fuse box, taught me how to open it, showed me what I was looking at, and described exactly what I needed and what to do to fix my problem. WHAT AN AWESOME MAN!!! I'll go back to Autozone just because of him. Thank you to that man!

Went there on a Saturday morning wanting an air filter and radiator cap. 3 employees were there mouthing each other. I waited for crosstalk about shop to stop for a few minutes . Told the guy behind the counter I needed an air filter. He looked it up gave me a 7 digit number real fast. I asked if he could repeat it he rolled his eyes and said it again like I was retarded or something. Then he pointed in the direction of the filters. Usually when nobody is in the store they could easily walk over 30 feet and pick it out for you so you don't have to hunt it down for 10 min. While looking for the filter a hear the employees bitching about this and that. The gal that is running the show was talking so loud I could hear her in the very back of the store. After hearing this and not finding the air filter I walked out the door with nothing. This store was always helpful in the past I don't know if there was a management change or what. I will never go back to this place.

Clarence and his team are the best Autozone teammates I have ever dealt with! If I could give ten stars I would. Stop in here anytime you need assistance with Auto Parts etc.

I was stuck with a dead battery after work and it was encased in plastic which made it difficult to change. Keegan and Patrick came out and offered to help. They were kind and took the time in 17 degree weather right before closing to help me. Great "can do" attitude!!! This is the second time this store has come to my rescue. Would highly recommend to any!!

These guys absolutely came through for us when we needed them. Our usual supplier was down on a Sunday and they delivered the parts we needed FAST! Fantastic people, very kind and professional. Will be telling my manager we need to order from them more often!

Came in for a new battery. they checked my battery and told me I didn’t need a new one and it was fine. 2 days later my car broke down again and I ended up needing a new battery….. employees don’t know how to properly check battery’s I guess 🤷🏻♀️

Clarence was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional when I was there this morning and had questions about my oil. He didn't make me feel ignorant at all, he just smiled and answered all my questions while looking up the type of oil I needed. Thank you, Clarence!

Thank you to the Manager Sam for understanding and working me at this location and she was the best with accommodating me due to a mistake but we are all human and make mistakes and she definitely helped me tremendously and I really appreciate you. Sam, the store manager, displayed exceptional service by assisting me with installing my headlights in my vehicle and providing me with valuable guidance for future reference. Her kindness, understanding, and expertise were truly commendable. While Quik Lane had quoted me $90 and a 2-hour wait, Sam completed the task for just $30 and in only 10 minutes. Her professionalism and efficiency have ensured my loyalty to this store.

Absolute perfect customer service! Sam is the nicest and sweetest person I've met at any parts store! I made an honest mistake when buying a part but she was understanding and did everything in her power to help me with fixing my mistake. Highly recommend this store! Perfect day staff!
