Ove this store, and the people are always great the only complaint I have currently is it's freezing in that store. They need heat for those workers.

The level of, or lack of, knowledge about the parts they sell is incomprehensible! A self serve, self checkout auto parts store makes more sense. At least then you have only yourself to blame for being incompetent

Looks like high turnover rate with employees. Manager was helpful. Different young staff members every time I go there. Just like every other place.

Shout out to Brian he went above and beyond to help AutoZone's customers. When I arrived he was helping another lady with a part for her car and I asked if I waited could he help with changing a blinker bulb so my vehicle could pass inspection. As I didn't realize it wasn't working and I had an appointment the next morning and Brian came to the rescue and my vehicle passed inspection. Thank you Brian much appreciated your kindness!!

I visited this store today in Cottleville, Mo. I had a 'check engine' light displaying on my dashboard. John helped me by first running a diagnostic test; the test indicated there was a computer issue and he helped me to reset it. I was so happy he was able to help me, I asked about a break light that was out. He helped me with this also saving me so much $$$.
Two weeks ago, I lost my home to a fire. People have been so compassionate and helpful, and I am truly grateful for that. When that check engine light came on, I was so depressed; like what else is going to go wrong? Believe me when I tell you that I am counting my blessings, none of my people perished in this fire... it could have been so much worse. Angels were watching over us that day. I'm adding John to the list of blessings now. Thank you so much for your help today!

Nothing like the lazy asses at this location not wanting to take time to install a battery in a vehicle for a young lady today!!! Complete crap!!!! So she bought the battery and was going to have to find someone to help her install it her self cause they didn't feel like helping out. Just shows how crappy employees are these days and not wanting to do anything that is an advertised service. Would never spend a dime at this location ever again.

Pulled up and asked the gentleman inside if he could help me install my wiper blades.He came outside barely glanced at them and said I had the wrong ones.So went to Walmart and the guy spent 30 seconds putting them on.So I guess they weren't the wrong ones!

Needed a code read, that's it. 5 mins? 10 min ordeal? No, let's be realistic.. that would be like a 15 min minimum thing right? Not for me. Roughly 35 mins later,.. done.This is because the one employee in the building was overwhelmed. His apparent young age was deceptive however. His kindness and ability to multitask, coupled with knowledge.. that's the only reason I'm giving a 3 star rating instead of 1. I know these reviews are of limited help but my adderall just kicked in and I was overwhelmed with honestly just spilling out. ADD kicking in. Happy shopping.
