I have called three times on behalf of my international friend, who struggles with English, simply to find out when her card will arrive in the mail. Despite repeated attempts, no one has provided any assistance. The only option I’ve been given is to schedule an appointment online and go in person. Why should I do that when the only question she needs answered is when her card will arrive? It’s already difficult enough for her being in a foreign country, and now it’s been nearly four weeks—well past the two-week timeframe she was originally told—without any updates

To be fair my experience with any bank of America has been negative, tired of all the hidden fees. But trying to call this branch is a waste of time no one ever answers.

I can see why this place has low stars, staff kept saying understandable as if it makes it right what they are doing.
Couldn’t get a cash advance here even though I’ve had a bank account with them for over a year, kept me waiting in line then wanted to make me longer for the manager. This location needs to be closed if they are going to be useless

This is the FRIENDLIEST BOA branch I’ve ever been to. Not even my home branch in Wentzville can compare. I had issues with receiving my new debit card & Bobby (branch manager) along with other members of staff assisted me in not only getting a new card but also handling additional fees that I didn’t have to pay for. I will continue to make the extra 20 min drive to this location for all of my needs. You are always greeted when you enter the door and there is always someone to help!

Same as the rest of the reviews. Poor customer service. Never more than one teller. Just overhead the guy at the door checking people in be rude to someone trying to report a fraud case. Advising my employer to find a new bank.

Disappointed!!! The attitude of the senior banker was very bad. He was not friendly, not enthusiastic, didn’t solve my questions and confusion well. Never come back.

Going through remodel so it’s a mess. But that’s not why 2 stars, they seemingly always have one teller working. So, every time I go in I have to wait in line for 15+ minutes. Having enough staff has nothing to do with the remodel

Terrible service. I waited in the lobby for 15mins before someone greeted me. The security guard acted like he was falling asleep and the woman checking people in ignored me. Happened about 2:30pm on 8/29. I think it's time to switch banks!
