I looked at my email for pickup and clicked on the link for information about how to pick it up including the hours, and it said the hours including Sunday opening at 11 am. When I went there to pick it up on Sunday after church it was closed and there were no hours posted on the building. I looked at the email again and there was a second link for hours for pickup near the bottom of the email which stated it was closed on Sunday. They need to fix their problems. I wasted my time and gas going to pick it up.

Can I give it a zero score. No help available. I have to be in que to purchase something??? It's 11:30 am on a weekday. Hardly the busiest day of the week.

Ask to get a serious satellite from my home they sent me back and had me wait for someone. waited for about 10 minutes and no one showed up. Someone helped another person nearby. That person said someone would be with me soon. No one seemed to be ready to help me. Hard to stay away from online sales with this kind of service. Maybe they may be short staffed.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Having a 12 hour delivery window is ridiculous in this day and age. What are we working with the Pony Express? You cannot get customer service on the phone at your local store, you are forced to go through a central customer service location and speak to people that can barely speak English. And when you call customer service they can't provide customer service. It is a joke and an excruciating experience to go through, go elsewhere if you can.

The recycling drop-offs for batteries / cords / ink cartridges are gone. Normally you can't be in a Best Buy for 30 seconds without somebody asking if you need help with anything. I had to wander around for several minutes and interrupt a group of employees chatting about something to find out they apparently don't recycle ink cartridges anymore (or anything, presumably). Off to Office Depot I went... One of the last reasons I would still shop at Best Buy was the ability to drop things off for re-cycling when they reached the end of their service life.

No overnight parking. Most important piece of info. Came in at 430am for appointment at 530am. Backed in dock by 445am. It's 914am and I'm still waiting for them to finish my unload. Everyone that came in after me are done and gone hours ago. BS facility.

Terrible customer service, in order to get a screw that was missing from an air conditioner, I had to being everything back and exchange it for a whole new air conditioner. Absolutely horrible service!!!!

Terrible Customer Service. On Jan 9, there was a Geek Squad Technician driving very erratically, unsafe and dangerously on westbound I-70 in St. Charles County. The driver was speeding, tailgating and swerving between lanes without using their blinker.I stopped by the my local Best Buy at Mid-River Mall to speak to a manager about this unsafe driver and obtain the license plate and truck number of the Geek Squad vehicle. When I was entering the location the driving drove very close to me and rolled down his window and said "What's your "F**KING PROBLEM!"? I continue into the location and spoke with Jeff and Jackie. I was told I would be called by a member of Best Buy management with a few hours. No one called me that day so I called the "LOCAL" Best Buys phone number and got a impersonal call center in FOREIGN COUNTRY. They were very rude and said all they could do was email the LOCAL store and ask them to call me. I was called by a very rude manager named SHANNON who stated that the problem would be resolved and I would be contacted within the day. This problem has yet to be resolved. I contacted Corporate Best Buys Customer Service (FOREIGN COUNTRY) and they actually transferred me to their Employee Human Resource Department. It's amazing that all I'm trying to do is let Best Buy know that they have a members of their staff that are being very rude and vulgar to customers so they can reprimand and correct these action so no other customer have to become victims of these attacks. But I guess Best Buy just want to fall into that CHASM OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and lose all mine and my families' business.
