Ordered online. Got email saying it was ready. When I got there to pick up the order, they couldn't find it. They had it picked by the computer section, just didn't bring up to pick up area.

They have a great selection of things to choose from, as always there a clean store, and there's always someone there to help.

The store has aged, and you can tell it is not being kept up. We went to look at tvs on a weekend. They were fully staffed, and there was someone to help, but over in the TV display area, there is old broken furniture. The appliance area had broken refrigerators and cabinets. It's just run down and could use an update.
