Very poor customer service. They were not interested in selling me a car. When I finally got them to sit down and talk price, they presented me with a printout that was priced above listed price on website. And then, when I said it was not correct they announced, across the entire show room that we were “miles apart” on the deal, shook my hand and sent me out the door. The worst part was that I went to another Cadillac dealer and the salesman there said his previous customer told him the same thing! I did buy from the other dealership. Got a fair deal and they were very pleasant to work with. Will NEVER recommend buying any make from a Bommarito dealership. VERY SHADY.

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this location and had the pleasure of working with Skylar. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. Shortly after the purchase, we encountered a mechanical issue and returned the vehicle. Skylar, along with his supervisor Bill, collaborated with Pat Aston in the Service Department to identify and resolve the problem. All three demonstrated exceptional professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Rather than complicating the situation, they handled everything with class and integrity. They have earned our trust, respect, and our future business!

Transparency and accountability are paramount in our customer interactions. Recently, my wife and I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle. The customer service experience during the purchase was positive. We were provided with a 60-day temporary tag, and the cost of plates and registration was confirmed to be included in the purchase price. I inquired about handling the registration process upon our return home to New York. However, two and a half months later, we are in a situation where we have a new vehicle but are unable to operate it. This has necessitated the use of personal time due to our separate work locations and the limitation of a single vehicle. It is important to note that we fulfilled our insurance obligations prior to taking possession of the vehicle. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the necessary paperwork was not submitted until 09-17-2025, despite claims that the delay was due to state processing issues. If you have to get a vehicle registered i highly recommend you go to DMV yourself. You will save yourself money and a headache. Through this experience I have been getting nothing but the run around from Jay Jay the Manager. I recommend if Jay Jay gets involved in your vehicle purchase walk away.

I’ve had consistently poor experiences with the phone staff at this location. Most recently, I spoke with Alicia, who took down my information and the details of three separate issues I was having with my new Cadillac. After spending nearly 10 minutes explaining everything, I asked about a loaner vehicle—only to be told she couldn’t schedule that type of appointment and would need to transfer me.
When transferred, I was forced to repeat all of the same details again, and then told they couldn’t help because it was considered “body work” and I would need to take it to a body shop. This was despite my clear explanation that it was a brand-new vehicle still under warranty. To make matters worse, the call then ended abruptly, with no resolution and no follow-up.
By comparison, ELCO handled the exact same situation promptly and professionally, getting me scheduled with their service department right away. The difference in customer service is night and day.

My salesman was awesome. My buying process was seamless. Skyler brought everything together for me. I test drove the vehicle of my choice on a Saturday and drove it home the following Monday. He didn’t let anything stand in the way of satisfying my need. I so appreciate and thank Mr. Skyler for all he did for me. Mr. Skyler you are truly AWESOME 😎

The greatest and smoothest car transaction we have experienced! Our salesman Carlos Choo was great and their finance team Trent Gallaway was also top notch! They were so friendly, accommodating, and just overall easy to work with! High recommend! We drove around an hour and a half and will definitely be back to do business with them!
