By far the best new car buying experience! We purchased a CX5 here with Mark as our salesperson. He provided great customer service, no pressure sales approach and gave us thorough details and information as we compared different models for the right car. Super simple process including the financing so we were able to close the deal and take delivery of our car under two hours. Thanks Mark and Bommarito Mazda for the awesome customer service!

The car clearly had hail damage, and the salesman tried to argue it wasn't. Took the car for a test drive after 1 mile on the highway and exiting the car began to make a grinding sound. Again salesman tried to argue with me about the sound.

Was there a long time trying to buy a part. Parts people were either not knowledgeable or not helpful. I went to a service writer and got some advice that got me out of there.

Service center here is amazing. Andy was tremendously helpful and went above and beyond. He was honest and up front with me about time line. He got me into a loaner so I could get to work. My experience here was beyond great. I especially loved the diagnostic video. 10/10 service center.

We purchased a new Mazda CX-5 for my wife recently and we have nothing but good things to say about the people at Bommarito Mazda of St. Peters. We were helped immediately and were shown and test drove just about every type of CX-5 on the lot. The financing process was quick and at a good rate. Since purchasing, we bring the car back for regular service, and they always perform great and fast work. We highly recommend checking out Bommarito Mazda, or any of their other dealerships nearby.

I must not be their "preferred" clientele ... this afternoon I spent 10 to 12 minutes looking at the new cars on their lot ... I'm fairly certain I was the only (potential) customer there as the customer parking was empty except for my vehicle. No salesperson came out to see if I needed any help or if I wanted to look at any cars. Perhaps I'm too old or maybe I should dress "down" or perhaps wear a suit and tie???
I had just come from St. Charles Hyundai where a very nice salesperson met me in the parking lot within a minute or two of exiting my vehicle. He was more than happy to show a number of vehicles to me. I am not sure what vehicle I will purchase, but I can guarantee that I will not purchase it from Bommarito Mazda, St. Peters. After all, they don't want or need any more business.
