Nothing against the limited employees they have. I feel like they do the best they can, but the store is always a mess. Shelves unless it's Christmas time are pretty empty or the items are on the floor. I just feel like in the last few years they need more staff to help with their appearance overall. I don't want items that I'm spending money on to be found on the dirty floors or covered in dust bunnies. We used to come here every time we went to this particular strip mall but now we tend to skip it just on the lack of items. And the parking lot for some reason always has dirty baby diapers in it. Like who does that?! Clearly a customer's fault. But gross.

I’ve always loved this Burlington and have been coming for years! However, the past few times there has been very very little stock. Super empty shelves and I even knocked down a few pegs from a wall because they’re sticking out with nothing on it. The clothes and bags are stocked well but the walls, shoes, home decor, kids stuff and more is more nothing than anything.

Hours clearly state open, staff watched several people walk up to the doors and we're waiting outside only to ignore them and keep going as if they didn't clearly see us. Poor customer service.

Very bad experience, a man who was arranging clothes addressed my children in a very bad way and made them look very bad. I think that in a store they should not have people working who dislike children because we visited them for buying things for the children. and this man comes out very badly

One of the things I love most about Burlington is the quality of the clothing. Despite the discounted prices, the clothing is well-made and on-trend, making it easy to update your wardrobe without spending a fortune.

Decent items, service, and fitting rooms were open. The shelves were pretty scarce in my size but this could just be an off season thing.

So very sad to have a store that smells of drugs all the time. Maybe it is due to it being a discount store geared towards low income individuals, but come on.
