I’m not going to lie I never leave reviews but after the situation I had I knew I had to. I had purchased a car in November, long story short it had major issues and I had the chance to get a new car so I did. Carmax was amazing when it came to swapping out cars. Travis and the service manager, I think his name was Josh, (I’m terrible with names) were excellent. When it was time to sign for my new car there were issues with my license, out of state stuff that I didn’t even know about. The sales manager (can’t remember her name for the life of me) was so sweet and kind while explaining everything. They were able to hold my car for me while I got it sorted out. It was a long 11 days but Travis checked in to see how the process was going and if there was anything he could do. The day I was finally able to sign for my new car everyone knew who I was and heard about my situation, I kinda felt like a star. Finally signed everything. Long story short everyone was amazing and made a stressful situation a little less stressful.

CarMax made selling my car incredibly easy. The online quote was fair and fast, and the in-person appointment was a breeze. Nicholas was friendly and efficient, and I was out with a check in just 30 minutes.

I have nothing but praise for my experience with CarMax. This was my first experience selling a car this way and I was pleasantly surprised how simple it was. I was offered thousands of dollars more than a dealership would ever give me. The whole process from start to finish could not have been faster or easier. All the staff were pleasant to deal with. When I came in with my online offer, they immediately went and inspected my car and came back with the same quote as was offered. We signed some paperwork and walked out with a check in hand. Astonished how simple it was. I was so satisfied that this is the only way I will sell another vehicle again. You owe it to yourself to check them out, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you CarMax!!!! We had an excellent experience buying our car with CarMax. Their sales representative Madelyn was wonderful! She was respectful, knowledgeable, very courteous, fun, and sweet. She made the long wait feel a lot shorter! On top of all that, we feel like we got a great value and the experience of bringing our selected vehicle from out of state was smoother than expected! Thank you CarMax. We’ll definitely check with them first on our next vehicle purchase.

Second purchase thru CarMax. More than satisfied with process. Trade value in line with other sources. I was in and out in reasonable time span. Purchased vehicle in good condition. Only item I noticed was that all four tires were 5 to 7 pounds BELOW recommended pressure. How was that missed on your thorough multi-point inspection? Sales person, Mitch, was great to work with, no pressure, knowledgeable, efficient. The total cost was significantly lower than I was offered at another dealer for similar vehicle, even after paying to have purchased vehicle transported fron another state.
